Grats mate, remember, that the weight will drop gradually then get faster then drop off. Thats because your body needs to adjust, then after its burn x number lbs of fat it starts to reduce that due to becoming used to the new conditions. So remember to keep increasing the exercise every 2-3 weeks.
And just a bit miffed atm, i have to wine and dine some clients tomorrow who we do a lot of analysis for. And they changed their arrival time from 3pm to 5pm. So i have to move the dinner reservations back 2 hours and this isnt exactly the kind of restaurant where you can do that. We made the booking back in October for this. So now have to hope and pray they can call someone to switch tables with us.
On top of that, bed time for me is usually 7-8pm here, so im going to need to call upon my energy to stop getting sleepy and yawning at the table.
And Miz im pretty sure thats Alice's twin if not her alt. "I think you should buy a new Mayan calendar. Mine has muscle cars on it." --áKenneth O'Hara

To be honest, only the left part of my keyboard was affected, q, w, a, s, d, shift, <, y, x, c, ctrl, that window key that nobody ever uses and alt. So I did not have to remove all of the keys, only about ten. Left the windows key sticky...it's a good thing if it is blocked :) Morgan Freeman ordered me to self-destruct....now what's your excuse? |

@Zimmy, Glad to hear you got it fixed.
Interestingly, the windows key is what gives you all the shortcuts to do certain functions with the OS in the absence of a mouse. A mouse is just a luxury. On that note since you don't use that key, do NOT upgrade to any future windows OS. They will all feature the touchscreen functionality by default even if you don't have a touchscreen. You can still navigate with a mouse but they added quite a few shortcut options that use that key. In fact, all of the shortcuts use the windows key in some form or another. Stick around. At work we always just changed the keyboard layout. I find it's worth a laugh to change the keyboard to "United States-Dvorak for right hand"
