Attribute points = (base points + (1 x level relevant skill) + implant bonus points) x (l.02 x learning skill level)
The learning skills +2% stat bonus usually leaves the player's actual stat point count in a decimal. However, in the character sheet tab the stats are all rounded down to the whole number. For example, running my character through this formula I have 28.6 perception, however in game I am displayed as having 28 perception.
My question is, does anybody know definitively which decimal place Eve actually rounds to in calculating training speed?

The "rounding" you speak of is purely a cosmetic truncation on the character sheet. Training speed/time is not "rounded" at all. You train at the appropriate speed of "whatever decimals" you have. C|S|I|N|x. |

Don't worry. Your training speed is not affected by all these cosmetics. Every decimal counts, whether you can see them or not.

How can I work out my exact attributes with decimals (at least 1 decimal) when I don't remember my base attributes?
They are displayed as 25 int, 26 perc, 24 cha, 19 will and 24 mem with all training skills maxed and +4 implants, if Anyone wants to help me out in calculating it:) (curious if +5s would tip me over more than +1 for any skills etc) ------------------------------------------------ Ooooh look at me, I'm a signature! |

edit: I'd guess base is something like: 9,10,8,4,8 and decimals are: 25.3, 26.3, 24.2, 19.8 and 24.2? Anyone able to confirm?:)
Download your skill sheet, it shows your base. |

EVE calculates skill training with 2 decimals, cause thats all 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10% bonus can give you.
