Hi! I am just curious on ebank and how things work Is it like a "bank" where i deposit isk in a saving account and get an interest?
If so is there any downsides to move all isk i own into one saving account and just let them sit there rather than have them in my "real" ingame wallet.
i know about limits to take out isk i have a saving account 3%
i post here to get many ppl¦s view at it.

It's like a "bank" where you give them your money and you never see it again.
The downside is: you're poor after you get suckered into their giant scheme.

I am founder of EBANK.
See I could start an IPO/Bond tomorrow asking for XXX Billion isk with good repayments etc and likely have it sell out within a week. Frankly, running EBANK would be a stupid way to scam especially hiring a board of directors to govern me and make sure funds are being correctly assigned etc.
With people like Hexxx, McRuder, and Shar Tegral on the board nothing is missed. Hexxx questions me over the 65k that was blown in CSPA charges. There are no financial discrepancies that are left unexplained. McRuder is not afraid to vocalise our hardcore security strategies undertaken prior to offering loans/buying into investments. Shar and Anastasia are always wanting to know precisely where all the isk are with updated reporting, loan information, securities listing, securing the securities etc.
I could have bypassed all of this with a 200b bond offering nice clean 7% per month returns and do believe it would sell out within a week. Instead, I chose EBANK, currently at 42b with an aim to reach 75b and more security precautions than your catholic sisters virginity belt being protected by her rebel biker father.
As a scammer Riethe I would expect you of all people to point out a really stupid way to scam. Anyway in other threads you tell people (Siri Blue) to secure their operations with assets locked down by myself or EBANK. So I really don't know what your true stance is on all this. Or you have a multiple personality disorder.
Anyway, to the OP. Feel free to have a read on our forums, or read our terms and conditions or check out our frequently asked questions. If that still doesn't satisfy your curiosity don't hesitate to see the EBANK thread listed 2 below yours or use eve-search with the EBANK filter applied.
Any questions please let us know here or in-game via the EBANK channel. There are no downsides to investing if you feel comfortable that we aren't planning on following Riethe's advice. Hope this post helps.

Wait. You act like I actually take offense to the negative things you have to say. Get over yourself already.
As far as I can recall, all of your comments toward me have been ad hominem, which is comical to say the least.
Anyway, I was just playing around with the guy to begin with. If he had bothered to search Ricdic's posts or even gone to the ebank website he'd know the answers to his questions.

The most important thing to remember about withdrawing money from EBANK is that it ISN'T something that instantly pops into your wallet. Every withdraw from EBANK must be handeled manually by a teller (Ricdic, me, or Shar Tegal).
Now, we just started recording the average time from request to action, but I know we've been pretty quick in the past. Typically you'll have your money in a few hours if not sooner.
Just keep this in mind...if you expect to need money extremely quickly, you'll probably want to keep some in your own wallet.

Even worse regarding no auto-withdrawal from these systems that are popping up, is the fact that we're now losing Garthagk, who in my opinion has been the ideal developer.
Not only has his work been fantastic but he actively listened and implemented ideas from the community, and was very helpful in all regards.
So the odds of even SEEING an automated wallet donation through the API is even slimmer at this point, because we don't have an amazing developer to help pitch the idea to the rest of the crew.
I know a lot of people feel that automating that kind of thing wouldn't happen regardless, because CCP is anti macros or whatever, but considering the projects people are working on, you would imagine that they would like to simplify this aspect of transactions and make it a lot more fluid.
It would have only been time before that was taken into consideration. It's really unfortunate. Hopefully the person that takes over is at least half as good as Garthagk.

Agreed that Garthagk is one of the best Dev's speaking from a community point of view, but where does the news of his departure come from?
NM - Found it. It is sad to see him leave. He has been one of the greatest assets for the community.

put your money into ebank IF you feel that you trust the *persons* running it. it's like everything else and you could lose your money. there may be a few more people involved; but if your money goes away, ccp is not reimbursing. so do your homework and make sure you trust the folks and don't invest more than you can lose.

Ezoran is absolutely 100% correct!
I encourage everyone to read about Ricdic, myself (that's Hexxx!) and Shar Tegal. We're the ones handling the cash itself. The rest of the Board can be found in our "About Us" section on our website @ http://www.eve-bank.net/ and can be depended on to guide the strategy and growth of EBANK. People can also speak directly with me or read my many many many articles by following my signature.
Also, I'm going to see if we can get a short history of Banking in EVE up as well.

If I had to guess I'd say that happened around 04:46 Eve Time. But only if I had to guess. Actually Hexx and Ricdic keep a good eye on the pending withdrawals. The third teller, lazy bugger, usually has to be called to come handle them. Also we don't have "scheduled" hours per se though between us three we do cover the world's timezones quite well.

We had numerous withdraws yesterday and the day before...not entirely sure why. Just as interesting was that despite all that, we had so many incoming deposits that our overall balances STILL managed to climb above 50 billion. =)
And as mentioned, we record the exact SECOND your request is registered and we now record the exact SECOND your request is completed. This information will not be made public (at least for now) and is more for us to keep track of how we're doing and report this progress to the Board.
Most of the people who deal with operational aspects of EBANK have to answer to the Board at the end of the day. The Board isn't some club; they have the power to approve expansion and as such....they can make demands that must be met before expansion can occurr. This happened for our most recent expansion in fact.

Yes, we're all very aware of how good you are at predicting things. Sort of like how you predicted you were going to lose all that money.
Why you gotta front baby? We had so many nice nights together.
If telling someone to take a minute to research something on his own instead of expecting everyone to hold his hand is just trying to draw attention, then yeah, I'm doing that.

I would find it intresting if in the monthly report you posted the average time between these two numbers. Being able to list an average turn around time on withdrawl request, adds to your marketing for new customers, IMO.

That's why we are now tracing these numbers. Basically a way to trace our service levels, QOS and the likes. To be able to see that hey between 02:00-07:00 our customers aren't getting their withdrawals processed. If we see a large enough gap in our service levels we look into getting more tellers into the picture etc.

Well as you gather those numbers, dont forget not only do you want to have the breakdown by hourly segments, but you also will want to have them broken down by days of the week.
Since most likely you will see more activity at 0600hrs on a Sunday than at 0600hrs on a wednesday. Them damm yanks are more prone to stay up late on the weekends, the silly peoples.
