Since i'm pretty newb in this marketing stuff i'd like to ask what's happening with platinum technite prices. Their normal price was ~4000 per unit and they droped now to 2900 per unit since trinity deployment and i'm not sure what to do now, sell 'em before they got even cheaper or keep waiting and hope that the price will be back to the normal? Any ideas what causing this?
PS. I did some calculations and i found that its even more profitable to sell platinum and technetium alone.

Moon mineral prices are very fluid due to unsteady supply and demand. It could go up, it could go down. It'll probably go up again at some point, just a matter of when.

You say you aren't sure what to do, but the answer is contained within the body of your post.
I suspect that this is some sort of attempt to drum up business, but in case you truly are not getting this:

I'm serious about the situation and yes its less profitable to run reaction than sell raw minerals because you need large pos (ofcourse u can go for medium if you running only one reaction, but since i'm running 2 i use large) which eats about 170mil fuel every month and you could replace it with a small one which eats about 55mil fuel every month

Well, one would think that it would be in your best interests to sell what is more profitable.

The point is, if the prices of platinum technite will stay/keep falling then yes, its better to sell raw minerals, but if they'll go up to a normal prices then it will be like 20% more profitable than raw minerals

Most likely the price of technetium and platinum individually will drop as they (particularly technetium) have been inflated since trinity was released. PT is being hit first by the demand tap being turned down. PT prices may recover a little.

Are you trying to manipulate the market for technetium? |

I was having lunch with a dev last week, and he inadvertently let it slip that ccp had discovered a new way to make toothpaste using technetium. I don't believe this has been reflected yet in market prices, however.

I've always wondered, is it possible to refine advanced moon mats into the previous stage of moon mats?
It would seem strange that everything else can be refined into it's basic components but they can't.

Want a really strange one? Last time I tried, you couldn't reprocess T1 mining crystals. Might've been fixed by now, though.

Have a look at the market history of technetium, and tell me if it still isn't at all time highs, while all other materials are dropping back from their post-trinity spike.
