Edited by: Aepha on 26/01/2008 00:24:41 Edited by: Aepha on 26/01/2008 00:09:01 I just started up EVE again and I cant get into the game.
When I run the game, the client starts up fine, up until the log in screen.
Just right of the Username: password: boxes is the server status indicator which shows "Checking Status" for about 7 seconds before switching to "Server: Tranquility Status: Unknown"
I then try to log in but after the status bar fills I get this error message. "Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn't running, or the server address or port number was wrong."
Log Server Told me This, what does it mean?
ScatterEvent( OnDeviceRelease ,*args= (<BlueWrapper: trinity.TriDevice (02DEBCA0:-1)>,) ,**kw= {} ) EXCEPTION #3 logged at 1/25/2008 6:14:40 PM Caught at: //ui/services/imesvc.py(717) in onnotify Thrown at: //ui/services/imesvc.py(666) in onnotify //script/sys/service.py(972) in __getattr__ Exception: AttributeError: debug Arguments: self :<svc.IME instance at 0x011FE698> key :'debug' Locals: daKey :error: KeyError('daKey',) Thread Locals: eve.session was <Session: (sid:17, mutating:0, corprole:0x0, languageID:EN, role:0x1L, rolesAtAll:0x0, rolesAtHQ:0x0, rolesAtBase:0x0, rolesAtOther:0x0)>
It sucks not being able to use the product I pay for, please help me get back into the game!

It worked this morning... Now it does not... For the love of GOD! It is like the damn client is teasing me! So I know it is not a software issue because it worked once but not now, so why?! Does anyone know why this is happening to me?

If it is not a software issue, then it must be a hardware issue??
Actually, it looks like it may be a software issue. Remove exception notification and it may work (that was one of the fixes in the past). Also, Jita is overloaded - again. Can't login if you are there....

I've got a more detailed Log Server account of the error. I can clearly identify Exception #1 then, after closing the the log-in screen Exceptions #2 and #3
