[1] Right i admit i am not a new player and that i should probably know this allready but i don't and its time i did. How can I use the scanner to locate objects in a system and actually use it to get to them as apart from large objects like planets/moons etc you cannot warp to them. I forgot to bookmark a secure can I put down halfway between a planet and a gate. I had delibratly run my cap down so it wouldn't get to the place I chose to warp to, so it would be hard to find unless delibrately looked for. I can see the can on the scanner when its set to 90` but can't locate it often in the 60` setting. The can is not important but i would love to know if and how it is possible to get to objects in a system such as this. |

Your signature was so funny I wet my pants and couldn't get anything done so I changed it, email [email protected] to find out why (don't forget to include a link to it) -Sahwoolo |

[3] not that i know of atm you can find something that is like 2000km of course of a vast object but not something that is like 20 au from something else , and that is the prob with you can.. boo "You are most like the Cat, lazy and quiet. You aren't very exciting yet everyone notices your presence." |

[7] you need to find the place you warped from and warped to. get your cap down again before you warp and try to get close to where you were before. Then scan and if you are close enough I think you may be able to bookmark its location and warp to it but im not sure. I think your best bet is to train tracking drones and use those to pinpoint its location. I think they have better tracking and longer range pinpointing. This is just an approximated guess. Haven't done it before myself. Just from what I have observed my scanners seem to have a limited range on how far they can book mark. |
