Obviously posting with an Alt to avoid retaliation for declaring to Eve the sad state of Oooh Shiny.
This is an Alliance of pirates/mercs who prance about declaring how mean and efficient they are in their wars and contracts.
Beware, they change their values on the ships/mods they lose to show a higher efficiency on their Killboard. Who are they trying to fool. They got their butts whipped by Molotov recently and were in single figures, then amazingly their efficiency rose without kills/losses. How? By ensuring the ships/mods they did lose were of lower value than the kills they did actually got (not many lol).
I think that these stupid tactics should be declared to EVE, so that anyone who wishes to contract mercs, can do so knowing they are hiring the real deals instead of n00bs!

If they can't kill stuff and suck in combat as you claim , why do you have to use an alt to avoid retaliation ?

ooh shiny kicks ass, at least they did back when they flew under the banner E-R.
IIRC they use an eve-dev kb, when you change a mods value, it affects ALL mods, not just losses.
and iirc in the past they flew expensive ships.
IMO a poor troll. Hell, you dont even say what merc corp you are.

Couple of comments bout Oooh Shiny.
They actually fight.
They employ Tactics (shock)
They are Damn honest on Their KB from what I saw while our War was active.
Shoot 1st, shoot some more, keep shooting, some more shot, and if anyones alive after ask a few questions.
Just a soldier following orders.

the only thing changed on the killboard recently was renaming the Molotov campaign 'maza leeroy'. they didn't like the original 'maza suicide'

1. ooh shiny is not a merc corp and didn't get a contract to dec anyone.
2. afaik only maza was involved with that molotov thing but yeah i suppose they got their asses kicked
but the killboard guy didn't change anything unless it was actually broken, obviously no pvp corp likes bad stats but we don't cheat to make our stats seem better.
3. when do we go about declaring how mean and efficient we are?
again we're not mercs, noone's hiring cuz we're not providing any kind of service.
so i wonder who's the noob stating something so awfully stupid and wrong?

I heard Molotov have kicked shiney arses recently but not really having time to spend ingame or even on the forums alot these days I know nothing at all really but good going Molotov.
Regarding the KB I couldn't give a flying **** if a cerb is valued at 1 isk or 1 bil isk as it's ship types and numbers that counts.
As for shiney being an alliance well it is in the sence of it having the bills payed etc but it's really no more than a chat channel you automaticly get when you log in to EvE. There several different corps all with different interests and agendas who happen to be mates in RL or ingame that went seperate ways when ER split. Some do choose to do merc work, some choose to carebear some even chhose to mine etc.
Anyway the op is a sucky troll who obviously had his arse handed to him on a silver platter and is bitter.
