If you value the hound at 15-17B then your corp has approximately 40B in assets yet pays out about 1B in divs per month. That is a ROI of 2.5%. Do you think that is good?

Also i gave existing shareholders the option to keep their shares attractive. the div per share is slowly climbing up for month now, thats good for existing shareholders. but the roe is dropping on the otherside which is bad for new sharesholders. since no shares are for sale atm its pretty fine for everyone. the reason why the roe is so bad is simply because of the hound bpo. ROE on many tech2 bpo is arround 2-5 years these days if they are getting sold. Stealth bombers are still high speculative, maybe one day the prices will jump or drop a little more. i think future divs will be at arround 1.2 bill. maybe after summertime when everything runs somooth inside the corp div will hit 1.5 to 1.8.

Sentinental Minmatar Gordan Freeman Tech III Investment	Posted - 2008.09.02 06:07:00 - [45] thanks ghost. the hound bidder withdraw his offer of the hound bpo, because as he said lost much isk to an accident recently. i wasked him to place a statement in here, i guess because he wants to stay anonymous he didnt post in here. maybe he will buy the bpo sometime later, maybe someone else will pick it up for 20 now. as of now, the bpo is in production again and makeing a good amount of easy money.

I wanted to buy the Hound BPO but my Corp lost around 30 b ISK (and we couldn't do anything about it) and that is why we can't atm :( So this was no fake sale or anything I really intended to buy the BPO and I'm still willing to do so but I don't have enough liquid ISK atm :(
