One quick fix that would work for a while would be to make the mission-demands into ore

Is it by any chance possible that the rewards were a bit nerfed already? Tried to make some statistics, in the end I found out that right now you only get about +20% net base reward for mining missions (for minerals). Counting the time bonus you bump up to max 2,5 times the mineral worth - seems to be decently ok imho. The implant issue could even be fixed by making mining agents hand out maybe half as many implant missions, if everyone totally insists that it's unfair etc etc. By the way... this absolutely forces people to stockpile prior to making mining missions, because otherwise you lose money compared to just selling your stuff, with skyrocketing mineral prices (Trit for 2.5 anyone? Or Pyer for 6?).

The topic starter is right about this issue, 100% right.
I made well over 100 million isk yesterday doing mining missions, after i sold the 10 willpower implants i got in that day.
Stupidly easy way to get stupid amounts of money.

If we are gonna pick on every aspect of the game that would give any player advantage consider doing the following:
- Remove possibility to farm npc pirates - BS mining - Remove ALL agent missions that require items that you can put in your hangar
And just now i'm almost ready to do my level 3 mining agent... took me about 2 weeks to get enough standing to be able to use it. Why shouldn't i be able to make a few millions with agent missions when miners in 0.0 space can do the same with mining arkonor.
grow up and stop crying when other people make more money than you do.
Edit : Did you guys check out the local ores supply in empire space recently? I'm in New caldari and the system is empty. I would have to do at least 6 or 7 jumps to get the ore into my hangar.

I am working for a manufacturing corp - I get 1/2 'insta' mineral missions a night - I see it as a bonus. Don't think there is anything wrong with the 'insta' element other than it should not be frequent...
What is a problem is people exploting mining agents by fitting their ships in a certain way to simply spawn multitudes of mining missions...

Well that didn't work actually, not for me. I tried with a multitude of setups for a Bestower, Apoc and Kestrel and I didn't notice any difference in mission content. Sure it's not just a rumour?

What the hell are you all complaining about. Like some have said you still have to put in the time mining and hauling the mins to a station ready for a agent. And so what if the market is flooded with one type of implant thats a good thing there are so many skills in this game now that new and old players could do with something to help get them started/trained faster.
If you are going to change something just lower the reward and the amount of implants mining missions give out. I would hate to wait 5 mins if a timer is added to the missions, if i have the mins to hand in my hanger. Also put some courier missions in so say every 5 or so missions you would have to move from station and work.
