I want to raise awareness to the fact that there is still no discription in the NOS modul info how the items works now. Newer Players and Players who don't read the forums often seem unaware of what the modul actualy does these days. The NOS changes are a while back now and i think ajusting the modul info shouldn't be to much work.

What frustrates me is that it was posted by a GM (can't remember who) that NOS would continue working normally against NPC's and that just isn't true. NOS no longer allows a player to leach cap off any NPC. It's now a useless module for PVE.
It just creates a greater rift between PVE and PVP fits, since NOS is useful for PVP. But there is absolutely no point for it on PVE.

Your wrong, my NOS did work perfect last time (2 weeks ago) i did NOS a rat / npc.
