Im just wondering what's best to use?
Should T2 lasers be ignored and go with faction lasers with ajoining faction crystals, or stick with T2 if you can fit and use them?

For PvP or PvE?
For PvP, go T2 all the way and use faction MW and Scorch.
For PvE, well if you can afford faction lasers, I guess you can go for them.

T2 Lasers w/Faction and T2 Ammo.
Faction ammo has more shots and usually better tracking. 10% more damage over normal ammo and no drawbacks

Go with t2 lasers for two reasons 1) Availability / price 2) Scorch. Seriously, use it.
In general for crystals use faction for close range and t2 for long range (AN MF and scorch for pulse) __________________________________

Ive just looked at and compared the various crystals and ive found that multi is the best damage. Also Dark Blood and True Sansha have the same stats, any reason for that?
As Dark Blood/True Sansha do just a tad more damage than Amarr Navy, would it be best to stick with AN due to the price cost? or is it worth spending that bit more to get the extra damage?

scorch... best crystals ingame... no other crystal comes close to that.
instead of conflag navy multif is only few % weaker but uses less cap and better tracking :) ---------------------------------- This is Me, fighting stupidity one post at a time. PS: There are no computer BUGs, there is stuff called "Random Features"

For beam lasers use AN MF, AN UV and Aurora
For pulse lasers use AN MF and Scorch.

For lasers, assuming pvp.
Beam Lasers - You want T2 Aurora for range. Thats why you use beams. Pulse Lasers - You want Scorch for range.
Rest of Amarr t2 ammo is mostly waste of isk. Seriously, since faction has almost same dps and no tracking penelties.
On top of that, you want a Flavor of closerange crystals, such as Multifrequency (MF's). You can use faction MF such as Amarr Navy MF's. The Dark Blood/True Sansha can be got from the Dark Blood/ Sansha LP store if you do 0.0 missions, and thus do a little bit more damage than Amarr navy versions. (otherwise they would be pointless ammo).
If you are a dread pilot, you can also use XL Multifrequency that Sansha/Blood LP store gives. They are quite good, and I never leave home without a set.
Faction lasers use less cap than T2 lasers, and some races have slightly longer range. Faction guns in pvp is not really that cost effective (I used to use them for extra range on my old rokh setups) but I would only use faction in PvE setups if you have no need for Aurora/Scorch. --
