Your computer does not support Premium Graphic Content
Is the fun little message I get.
I have
XP Pentium 4 3.2GHz
2GB RAM DDR1
Radeon X850 (AGP)
Ok a little help here .... is it my card? and if so what AGP card can I put in to let it work?
If it is something else what might it be?

Yep graphic card does not support S3(shader V 3)
get one that does DX 10.1 if your going to spend the cash on a new card :)

Depends on if you want to upgrade your motherboard too. You could pick up a 7 series Nvidia AGP card or an ATi X18xx series or upwards from EBay pretty cheap. AGP is pretty dead now in terms of new cards.
If you got upgrade-itus you could get a core 2 duo or even a quad, new board, memory and maybe an 8800GT for not a huge amount. Would be a nice rig for eve.

Pixel Shader v3 is only available on NVidia GeForce 6 and higher, and ATI Radeon R520 (X1xxx) and higher.
I'm in the same boat, bought an X800 to upgrade my PC as it was one of the fastest AGP cards available. NVidia GeForce 6xxx and 7xxx are still available for AGP though, and cost around $100.
I personally just stick to the normal client as I'll buy a new PC as soon as AMD releases some Phenom processors without TLB bugs.

you can use a ATI X1950 pro agp card, that is what i use, had a ati x850xt but it do not support shader 3 only 1950pro does with agp
