This is my second time posting this as I think my first one was ate.
This is a T2 BC called a shock cruiser. This would be a first wave ship to enter into emeny space and take out key targets. IE Cyno jamming arrays. It would be a 4 turret/launcher based ship. It would also have a new module that would allow it to use covert jump bridges called the Shock Module.
Here is a T2 drake version that all the other shis would be similar to T1 bonuses 5% shield resistance and 5% bonus kinetic damage of heavy missiles and heavy assault missiles per level T2 bonuses 50% bonus to Shield Transport range and 15% reduction in Shield Transport capacitor use per level.
Role Bonuse 100% damage to launchers/turrets also able to fit the Shock Module.
This is just an Idea that would allow with good logistics the type of fleet to move great distances fairly fast and apply the shock that they were designed to do. Just an idea might work well for sov warfare. I dont think it would be all that game breaking as both side could use this and it might even make null sec more dangerous then it alreay is.
To make these ships no Over Powered I would make them have a very small cargo so they can only carry limited ammo into battle. So they are use to hit key targets and get out of system not become the main fleet ship. |

So.... what problem, exactly, are you trying to address with your uber-bomber?.

Not trying to make an uber bomber just thinking of making a first shock type weapon. The damage will not be that much higher then the current drake so around 300~350 DPS. This is role type ship meant to come in and pave the way for main fleet by taking out initial defense and cyno jammers. |

Sounds like you want a Covert Cynoing spidertanking tier-3 BC. That would be insanely OP.
There are already ships which can jump to a covert cyno and deal considerable damage (twice what you were asking for), just use a Black Ops.
Though, come to think of it, I'm pretty sure you've got to be a troll; everything you suggest is already in the game, just in a non-OP form -_- |

I am not trolling on this. I don't want to make the ship OP that is why I didn't make it do insane damage. I didn't specify but they would only be able to fit med remote reppers on them so the tank wouldn't be all that crazy. I guess with the resists might be a bit much so I am willing to discuss on that. It was just a thought and the ship would really only have one role as to open the way for the main fleet. Please put constructive thoughts on this I really don't care if it makes it into the game or not I like the idea of a shock type ship. I agree Black OP would be better for this but as they are they need a major rethink. |

My point is that there's already a ship with everything you listed, except the RR bonus, in the game; except that it has even more DPS than you'd suggested. |

I understand that but would you agree that the Black Op is not meant to be an offensive ship with the way CCP has it now? |

My point is that there's already a ship that can do exactly what you are proposing, but it can do it better. Adding in a new ship that's worse at it, regardless of what CCP's vision is for any individual ship, is pointless. |

Ok, I have though about what you said and I have to disagree that the Shock Cruiser would be like a Black Ops. A black op can move cloaked the shock cruiser doesn't fit one. The black ops can jump to covert cynos the shock cruiser would need a black ops to open up a covert jump bridge for it. A Black Ops ship cost 1 bill+ this ship would fall into the 300 mill range making it more PVP friendly. I would have a good tank and do BC like damage with the ability to do some logistics this isnt OP as an Alpha fleet would take these out with ease. |
