CCP are pushing the limits when it comes to me, I am getting really fed up with the stupidity. Lost a very expensive ship yesterday because my settings keep resetting themselves and EVERYTHING seems bugged.

Would also request a black and white client only(monochrome whatever name) if, by any chance, it will reduce lag.

What happens with de need for speed code....
From the day that FW was introduced Eve is getting slower by the day...
I love new stuff BUT speed is more importand so only do some new stuff if the game can handle that.

edit: Oh crap, alt char :S Anyway, there's several different groups of people working on different things. They can do all things at once. Although it'd be nice if all the new things would work well out-of-the-box. As for just now, it took me 9 minutes to jump into a 200 man fight, and my grid didn't load until I had warped out already, and of course, you can't cancel the "emergency" warp back into a now-deathtrap. Petitions will come *chuckles*

Sadly all code has bugs, it's just life, although i agree with you, ccp fix bugs as they can trace them, but they store all the fixes up and ut them out in a clump like micrsoft (and well all know how popular* it is knowing you'll be suffering bug x, y or z for 4 months because they don't want to patch just yet). Auto patches work best, you fix 3 or 4 then patch, steam does this perfectly on the fly.

*i'ts a generaly accepted fact that most eve players run their corse in eve and reach a point where they wonder if it's worth bothering continuing, idk about ccp but in this country you have a customer 2 years you don;;t wave them off you give them incentive to stay. New content is not the reason players leave eve, but it's not the reason they'll stay either. The smallest change to customer service can reap dividends.

Whilst I have to agree with others that bugs are a fact of life in software, I can quite happily say I'd be fine with a period of optimisations. It can work wonders; one major 3D animation package took its feature plans down for two years and cut their crashes in half & speeded up their code by 200% instead. The users are still busy thanking them.
By the way, why not move this to Assembly Hall and get it raised at the CSM?
