1. Almost everyone seems to have some fps drop. Although, those with very high fps may not notice it unless they look.
2. The fps drop is less noticeable on high end pc's.
3. The FPS loss is more in larger diameter systems.
4. Low end graphics cards have a serious problem now.
5. many report that their graphics cards are running hotter.
6. The UI for the overview was significantly changed in the last patch.
Is this enough information for CCP to get on this issue and resolve it?
Or are we supposed to buy new boxes and graphics cards?
Will CCP ever respond to this issue?
How many trial accounts are being canceled because of the low fps they experience?

I notice now even higher decline in performance with every client I open.
Core2 & 8800 dont seem to cut it for 2x premium clients (no HDR) feels like im a single core 3200+ again.
Even 1 classic, 1 premium has become laggy after the patch.

I've been unable to play for almost a week now. No news, no acknowledgment of the problem.
Is it perhaps they have introduced something graphics intensive in preparation for the much vaunted ambulation, and turning it off will prevent this new feature's deployment later? I apologise for the baseless speculation but in the current info vacuum its as good an explanation as any.

Did the hot fix deployed today do anything to help the low fps problem? I am trapped at work and can not check in game.

did you all try unistalling eve and downloading the new, complete premium client? solved my awful post-patch frame rate issue.

No, it does not appear to have had any effect. Certainly not for me and, going by some of the other posts around, not for others as well.
