This most recent patch has broken the plex spawn in my little corner of lowsec. I have scanned the same 10 or so systems for the past week trying to find radar plexes, but I am coming up with nothing.
Radar plexes were my sole *although diminishing* source of income, now i am without any source for isk.
I have bugreported this but even if the bug is fixed it will be months before the next patch
Will this new optional patch feature fix this? or are there any plans to get smaller fixes out quickly, rather than every 3 months My Blog |

I don't believe we've intentionally changed any of the exploration distributions in 1.1. Is it possible that the sites have just moved away to other areas?

I think that they are supposed to stick to a constellation, so i havent done much scanning outside of my current constellation. There used to be about 4 radar sites average in the constellation, but I have yet to see one since patch day. But I also do most of my scanning between 2400, and 0400 eve time.

They're distributed randomly across the entire block, so for example an Angel lowsec site you complete could reappear in any lowsec system in Minmatar space. If there's a disproportionate amount of exploration happening in a particular area, the probabilities mean that sites will become rarer in that area.

Ok, so you mean that they could have gone anywhere
Does the distribution also take sec into effect, (if i finish my plex in lowsec is there a chance that it will move to hisec)?
And how long does it take for them to disappear and respawn if nobody completes them? My Blog |

besides that, theres a few broken plexes on exploration (unknown PVE sites) that have overseers, who dont drop their stuff, and when you fonosh for example very hard (NEutraliziong) Blood minor plex (AWFULY hard) you get **** as reweards, if you get escalation, its even more ****ty then this ione.
Folks, like L5 missions, you really need to work on plexes....

Lo sec plexes wont MOVE to high sec, but its possible a high sec site of the same type (radar) would spawn in high sec, but be an easier site. DOnt expect the Devs to release detailed information on spawning behavior. And stop claiming bugs all over the place. Adapt. If there arent any radars where you are, move.

Well its not that easy to do, high-sec plexes are impossible to do none of my ships fitting And going into hostile territory is counter-productive to my isking.
The only reason that i said it might be a bug is because ever since the patch i haven't even seen 1 radar plex, whereas i might do 2-3 a night before patch My Blog |

Nor have I seen as many, but I have seen a hell of a lot more explorers. So I do other stuff. I suggest you do the same. Things change.

I assume blocks are thus greater than constellation in size? Perhaps regional?
