Well sorry, but all the skill says is,
"Proficiency at breaking into guarded computer systems. Required skill for the use of codebreaker modules. 5% increase in chance of data retrieval per level."

I feel like this question is like a right of passage in this game.
Step one - take Cormorant out to low-sec belt and rat.
Step two - get podded - try out high sec can flipping.
Step three - hmm notice giant secure container cans - search: hacking - holy crap there's a hacking skill - I wonder if...
I may still have the mail from my buddy who suggested this idea when we were 2 months old trying to figure out piracy...
Turns out it leads to invention! __________________________________________________ Sup brosef! Destry's Lounge is looking for a few good drunks - contact me in game.

Rather than popping the cans after 30 days, they should let them stay an additional 30 days during which they are hackable. Then pop them if they are still hanging around after that.

Can flipping is hilarious. Good way for new players to get a taste of PvP. Epic battles with idiots bringing badly fitted ships (Medium railgun brutix :D:D:D:D)
