If you get blown up while jumping through there is a camp ^^
You can also look at the map, and see ship skilled in last hour, thats often a good indicator as well

EC is ALWAYS camped. It's just one of those systems.

I went out to 0.0 my first few months and realized that it was not the place for me. 1 year later, im still not in 0.0
Depends on if you like getting hunted down by older pilots that can obviously kill you.

You may want to hook up with a few people before headin' out to 0.0 space.
Either that, or learn how to cloak and properly fly a recon/covert ops :)

you¦re doing the right thing going to low sec as soon as possible. just buy a cheap frigate with t1 fittings be cause you¦re going to die a lot... probably.
but its vital that you get familiar with pirates now, rather than later when you¦re flying more expensive ships and have more to lose.
frigates also have the most chance of getting away from gate camps. just look for the "warpable object" (planet or asteroid belt) thats the most in front of your ship. that means dont pick a planet behind your ship be cause then you¦ll have to turn around to warp away.
if a gate is camped: 1 pick the object you¦re gonna warp to. 2 double click in space just next to it 3 press the warp button as fast as you can. 4 when you reach the object (again, planet or asteroid belt) warp away again as pirates will surely follow.
thats just one advice, im sure others will have better for you. especially the pirates that manage to kill you... unless they¦re total dcks.
ps, you can easily rat in a t1 frigate in low sec, and even in 0.0 space if you¦re t2 fitted.

yeah you can...but you forgot to mention that it can take 40 min to kill a BS rat if your skills are not maxed Playing minmatar is "like going down a flight of stairs in a office chair firing an Uzi". |

Take a route that goes High sec to Low sec to 0.0, dont jump directly from a high sec (like torrinos) to a 0.0 sys.

you¦re right, in 0.0 it feels like 40 but its infact only 5. but then again 5 mins is fking long!
but its a good way to earn isk when you¦re young. a million every 5 mins, thats pretty good when you¦re 3 months. plus all the action, meaning all the 0.0 alliance dudes trying to kill you
in low sec, its only a few secs
either way, you stock up on experience far faster than missioning

This is accurate info.
You can also add, if I end up back in station with fresh clone, then there was a bubble
Don't be put off, if you want to rat, then you will need a scout ( he will die lots getting you to quiet system) if you want to kill anything without being blobbed, you need ishtar or vaga.
Otherwise, join a corp, and go have some fun

People all think of 0.0 as if it is some mythical wonderland (I felt the same before I went out there).
Here is how to get out there, go to a low-sec station system (try Taisy) and dock up. Open oyur map and pick a random system to the northeast (assuming flat map) and then follow the route provided (but do not use AP, use warp to zero and insta-jump).
I might ask what the point of you going is, but TBH you will see just how dead and boring it is once you get out there. No stations, nowhere to refit, nowhere to get ammo, nowhere to do anything but mine and rat (and you will not have anywhere to put your loot).
My best advice is join a corp that has 0.0 space first then go out to it.

Pick a small inexpensive frigate to fly in, then find a 0.0 system that doesn't look too busy. Jump in and hope that there is no gatecamp, if you don't instantly pop, you are now in 0.0, warp away from the gate quickly!!! Do not ever stop moving, if alot of people pop up in local all at once, assume that you are going to be losing your ship. Good luck, its worth the risk.

If you want another system that is one jump out of empire to nullsec...set autopilot to Orvolle. PF-346 is your destination. Like EC-, I'd highly expect you getting shot at moments after jumping through. Please visit your user settings to re-enable images. |

Fit a little / fast ship if you're going solo. Mwd , if possible a cloak soyou can hide prober when safe / at a planet.
Always check for the next gate scanning if possible , some are too far awat to do it, thats why mwd is important, also to get back in jump range when you go into a blob.
Good luck =P Please visit your user settings to re-enable images. |

Come to Providence, fly to Shousran then set destination Misaba, once there you can use the R3 pipe to enter Providence. CVA enforces a NRDS policy (Not Red Dont Shoot) and as you have never trespassed any laws the Amarr Overlords impose on the new ammarian province you should be neutral and will not be shot. However... pirates and organized gangs do roam there and CVA and its allies arent always there to come to the rescue, may you have alot of fun and gimme a shout if you decide to grace us with your presence.

I've been to 0.0, and it wasn't a bad trip in... Out, on the other hand, was a bit of a challenge. Sadly, I had to leave the rigged Mammoth I'd bought in there... Anybody want to buy a nice Mammoth?

map indicators aint perfect but they are damn nice !
i usaly check for amount of players in last 30 min. if empty the chance someone is camping is pritty low. check for ships killed in last hour. usaly indicates someone is trying to kill stuff. and check for pods killed in last hour. usaly this means there is a buble placed. --- Somebody needs a hug! |
