When creating a sell or buy order on the market, maybe there could be an option to exclude certain players/corporations/alliances from fulfilling that order. This will create 'trade sanctions' for those entities who have 'annoyed' a given player creating the order. It also makes the market a bit more realistic as I wouldn't sell stuff to corporations I have a negative standing to and I'm sure other people wouldn't too.
I was thinking that it could be done by creating a drop down menu when creating orders giving options like "availavle to all" or "available to 0+ standings". This order could then either not show up for players it is unavailable to or appear but then tell that player they can not fulfil it (whichever one is easiest to implement). #
Any opinions on this?

I like it, I really do.
It's been suggested before; and not much to say about it - it's a fairly simple suggestion.

ppl will just make an alt to buy stuff, so unless you only want to sell to ppl with a standing 1 or greater you will have to find every trader alt and set them to -1 or less.

Sounds like a perfect addition, tbh. Same with contracts, set a sec rating.

So, no more sitting cloaked outside an enemy's outpost and buying all the ammo for resale? I know some corps/alliances use their hangers to supply their members, but sooner or later people are going to hit the market...

Sounds good. If alts buying for enemy I imagine it would be best implemented with a +10 - -10 scale. Selling to all would be as it is. If someone or their corp is a regualar buyer they could have an assigned purchaser who you give +X standing to so they can buy from you but those evil alts can't. This means you could sell at standing +X
Perhaps on a slight side note maybe you should also have an option to display either your name or corp name on a sell / buy order?

The market is public for all and brokers don't care who they sell to.
Player-leased shops would be one way to do this but I can't agree with a change like this being implemented on the public market

They'd care if they got a bigger slice of the profit. Just charge more for the broker's fee. Sorted.
