Dividends Graph March 1,780,086,276.04 890,043.14 per share. 1.18% of New NAV.
Guess who's not been busy? Sorry.
Re-investment 890,043,138.02 445,021.57 per share. 0.59% of New NAV
Additional Capital Gain 19,580,629,443.89 9,790,314.72 per share. 12.96% of New NAV.
We gained an additional 20b off one default, but lost a bit of ground with the Share NAV difference.
Loan Interest 1,564,730,000.00
Unfortunately I've had little time or impetus to actively advertise the BMBE and implement changes to bring us more in line with our competition. Perhaps that may change under new management, perhaps not.
Admin Fee 890,043,138.02
Broker Fee 890,043,138.02
Expenses None.
Share Purchases 5,000,000,000.00
I decided at the last minute to buy into the new PCT scam. At least something will be earning ISK instead of it lying idle.
Share Sales 16,862,057,248.70
I sold off a chunk of the unproven shares we owned to avoid an finger-pointing in future.
Dividends Received 2,062,485,690.11

All shares have been transferred to Ray's Cat.
Share NAV Difference -419,370,556.11
I devalued FIN to 9'500 per share to pre-empt a possible liquidation. Under the bondholder agreement we should not receive any less for our bonds.
Default Gain 20,000,000,000.00

Exact details of the default and subsequent sale will remain undisclosed. Needless to say it is my firm belief it was sold for a figure in excess of any that could have been achieved on the forums.
Sales Profit 823,000,000.00
Previous Month's End NAV Graph 130,592,355,877.80

Resignation I will also take this chance to formalise my resignation. From this point on I will not be working for the BMBE.

Wow, I feel like the old lady in Futurama with my one share now.
Here's hoping Tornsouls brings back the slick veneer of 80s to this delivery loan company.
(Hope this move improves your fun dividends Ray -- I believe the numbers judge your tenure admirably)

I'm confirming exact numbers Block, and how much exposure the BMBE wants, but it seems this is what will be transferred over. If you'd like to have accurate details on hand you could split my stock between Ray Mc - BMBE and Ray Mc - Personal for now.

(I've deliberatly stayed silent on this sofar, to avoid taking away from Ray's messages about resigning)
I would like to thank Ray for all the work he has put into BMBE over the past year+.
Needless to say, BMBE would not be where it is today without Ray. For that I thank him.
The details of the handover to the new daily management of the BMBE is still beeing worked on. I will let the new people do the introductions when they feel ready (they are long time BIG members, that much I can say )
For now - Thanks once more to Ray for all your work with the BMBE, and Fly Safe with your new endeavours.

This sound good, but half a month has gone past already and it would be nice to get at least an indication that someone is handling the day to day business i.e. loan request etc.
Or should we regard April as a lost month when it comes to revenue.

I have handled a few loan requests during the change over, but essentially yes. Progress is still underway while policies are fine-tuned for the handover. You should expect a post and some active marketing within the next week or two. If you don't, start getting vocal.

Either Bob Geldof, or myself. I still have a responsibility to ensure investors are not getting the cold shoulder after the handover. It's not just a case of me washing my hands of the whole enterprise. Also, I still hold all the chips.

Thanks for the respons Ray, I'm glad to hear that you still have helped out abit with loan requests and that there are work underway as you put it with the new management. I'm somewhat eased in my concerns with these news... still I think I'll add this Bob you mention in your next post to my adressbox just incase.

Although not in the initial plan, have shareholder vote about the BMBE future path?
That is, with tightened competition, and increased workload, should BMBE continue operations, or should it liquidate and pay out capital as dividends (minus admin fee).

I second this motion. Given the current status of the market and the lack of an obvious successor for Ray, liquidation may not be a bad idea. The bank has roughly tripled its NAV since Ray took over, so it hasn't been a bad run. ---- FREE Explorer Lead Megalomanic EVE Automated Influence Map |

If BMBE decide to liquidate EBANK are happy to buy out existing loans to assist in the closure. This would ensure full capital available as soon as they are ready to action the closure.

I said loans
I don't like your chances with FIN/FIN-U though, might be worth seeing if Eefrit can make an exception and buyback those off you so you can finalise BMBE.

If he didn't drop his prices to below EBANK accounts then I might consider it at the very least as an attempt to try and help out BMBE. But the rate of return is extremely low so yeh.
