If you try to remote rep unflagged outlaw you will get flagged and your sec. status will be lowered.
This is weird. It would be ok if you try to remote rep flagged person, but if an outlaw is not under aggression you should not be criminally flagged when attempting to repair him...

Intended mechanics; assisting an outlaw is against the law. Doesn't matter if they are currently flagged or not.
Thank the gankers in HighSec for this one

Don't see how high sec ganking would influence this at all. Anyone attempting to gank would have an active criminal countdown, unlike outlaws, who do not draw sentry fire if they are agressed first.

Gankers in hisec have nothing with this issue. The ganker gets criminal flag and remote repper too - this is fair. But when my outlaw alt is at safe spot without any agression I cannot repair him. This is wrong, I think.

Wait, so you believe that you should be able to assist someone with a negative standing (an outlaw) and that shouldn't result in a sec hit? I disagree, I think it's correct.
An outlaw is 'always' actively pursued, is always an 'outlaw'. Aggression mechanics are simply that he is free to be engaged without recourse, it does not decide when he is and isn't an outlaw, that is given by your security status.

Like it or not, it's working as intended. You even get a warning saying that you're trying to assist a criminal.

just try remote rep drones for broken.
no warning for repping rats. anyone remote repping you when you remote drone rep a rat is killed instantly along with the first ship (no warning either).
two corpmates lost a battlecruiser and a battleship to this disgraceful flaw. (hint: fix this) |
