What about US/EURO coverage, any special skills that might be handy, like, will my ability to pilot Interdictors be needed? Do you ever see 0.0 PVP action, would dread pilots be needed? Are there any spesific restriction to race, will you bar Amarr players from joining etc? If a player is Gallente but specialized only in Amarr ships out of a rolepalying angle will he/she still be allowed or considered? I could ask for alot more things, but I assume it's not all that you will/can answer ofcourse. Sig source

My co-CEO specs in both Gallente and Amarr ships, and I myself spec Minmatar/Gallente. We would like our members to learn to use Gallente ships at some point, simply because we value fleet homogenity and familiarity, but it's not an absolute requirement, and we do like to have specialised ships around as well. So, basically, although we prefer Gallente and/or Minmatar spec, any ship spec is welcome.
