I do not see what would constitute the SkillTree.xml in the sql dumps.
Am i missing something here? or is it just the way it is?
Looking at the SkillTree.xml, it seems like of a dump of a join query between a groups table and skills table.
Has anyone tried to re integrate the SkillTree.xml back into tables?
Thanks!

You can pull the skill requirements of anything from the dgmTypeAttributes table.
Primary Skill requirements have a attributeID of 182. Secondary and Teritary skill requirements are attributeID's 183 and 184 respectively.
So to pull up table of all skill requirements you would do something like:
SELECT invTypes.typeName, invTypes.itemID, dgmTypeAttributes1.valueInt AS Primary, dgmTypeAttributes2.valueInt AS Secondary, dgmTypeAttributes3.valueInt AS Tertiary, FROM invTypes LEFT JOIN dgmTypeAttributes AS dgmTypeAttributes1 ON dgmTypeAttributes1.valueInt = 182 AND dgmTypeAttributes1.itemID = invTypes.itemID LEFT JOIN dgmTypeAttributes AS dgmTypeAttributes2 ON dgmTypeAttributes2.valueInt = 183 AND dgmTypeAttributes2.itemID = invTypes.itemID LEFT JOIN dgmTypeAttributes AS dgmTypeAttributes3 ON dgmTypeAttributes3.valueInt = 184 AND dgmTypeAttributes3.itemID = invTypes.itemID
You could then cross reference the valueInt fields back to the invTypes.itemID to get the name of the skills required. You could also filter the query so that it only skills and not items are returned by referencing invTypes.marketGroupID.
It is all there in the data dump. It is just a matter of knowing where to look for it.
