I have seen topics about corperation recruitment, and even a resume system (good idea by the way).
However, I have run into several issues in my own experience.
First up. There is currently no way to find out who brought a person into a corp. I would recommend expanding the auditing section to show anything done to that character, OR DONE BY that character in an Administrative sense. For example, you can look up a character and it will tell you who accepted their application. You can also look at a someone with recruitment roles and see which applications they have accepted.
Second. Give poses an auditing section. Not so much for things set to "corp" or "alliance" use, but for role restricted arrays. It would be nice to see who is using the modules inside the tower, and who is messing with tower itself. For example, the pos will tell you who put fuel in it last and how much, or who took things out of the fuel bay. It would also be nice to see who changed the POS password, or changed the actual settings of the pos.
It would be nice to look at a restricted ship maintenance array and see who took ships/stored ships, or who took out of a role restricted corporate hanger/moon silo/etc.
Just a thought that I feel would make managing a corp easier. I would also like to see more Alliance tools. Such as giving members of the alliance actual alliance roles as well. Right now an alliance is just a name with things coming from the corp. I would like to see an Alliance be looked at as its own entity (alliance offices with alliance hangers.?).
In regards to alliances, I would love to see members of an alliance treated as being in the same corp in terms of being able to drop into a corporate hanger set to alliance.Capital ships with hangers should be able to allow tabs to be public/alliance/blues/etc.
For example, it should be easy to pass large items from alliance corp to another alliance corp. Currently, unless you have a station there is no easy way to do it as large items cannot just be jettisoned and then picked up. This is especially important as SOV structures/upgrades are very large and cannot be easily passed from corp to corp outside of a station.
Well. That is all for now.
