oh hai,
I checked a few candidates and everyone is anti-suicidegank, pro-carebear, pro-empire-noob-corp. I don't like that kind of stuff. So who can I vote for?

I don't think you could consider me any of the above. The basis of my platform is ensuring the existence of the open-world sandbox which allows for the freedom to continue to play Eve the way it's meant to be played. A harsh and unforgiving environment. http://www.griefgaming.com/images/darius_sig.jpg

I don't want them to be community representatives, they can do whatever they want. But I'd like to vote for someone who stands for my belief.
Oh, and sorry, I don't consider Goons.
Although, thanks for your replies so far.

Just because I am a carebear myself does not mean that I'm anti-PvP. Even ganking is fine, as the PvPers keep the market prices low and the 'carebears' keep the PvPers equipped.
My suggestion is to make the boring stuff more exciting, and I'm referring to both Mining and PvP when I say that. I do not plan to push either agenda, but simply make this game the best it can be through the players' suggestions.

I think that you will find that most/all the candidates are pro "There should be room for everyone in EVE" (as long as it's within the rules)
It's definatly part of "The BIG Picture" having EVE be a game that caters to all types of players. Carebears and pirates alike
The job of a CSM member (imo) is excactly *not* to cater for one type of players over others - But to make sure everyone is heard.

I agree... you are likely to have trouble finding any candidate who is hardcore "Anti-whatever" towards a legitemate style of gameplay. I am not Anti-PVP, I am not Anti-Gank, I am not Anti-Mining, or Anti-Industry :)
I support all styles of gameplay, because my platform is based around maintaining complete balance in the Eve universe. And both sides of the coin are required to maintain that balance. Both PVP players, and "Carebears" play their part in maintaining that balance, so I support both styles of play.
The only feedback I can give you here, is if you really think you need a candidate who is "Anti-Carebear" and there are none in the list that support that requirement, then perhaps you should have run yourself? :)

I can certainly agree with your sentiment when looking over the list of candidates. It's difficult to answer your "who should I vote for?" question without knowing what's important to/for you.
I do not like change for the sake of change. It also makes little sense to give someone what they want without finding what they're willing to give up in return. The CSM and CCP will both need to have their butts kicked now and again to make certain they're staying focused on the larger picture - EVE is a game, and games have rules. Rules can be twisted, bent, and broken - but at what cost? My interest is to make certain that emotion doesn't run the CSM and that CCP understands where the CSM's interests are supported by the EVE-Online community and which are more likely personal/corporate/alliance motivated.
My suggestion Karando is that if you feel all candidates are Carebear's, don't vote for a damn one of us.

You won't consider Goons when many of us support the things you want a candidate to support?
I know i certainly am not for the stuff you mentioned.
Why not get to know us a little better?
