couple years ago i took the time to get several r and d agents... it was ok that i didnt get any bpo in 5 yrs of playing, i never realy expected one. but this datcore for lp thing is realy the worst idea ive ever heard of. with 5 r and d agents ur net worth of cores. even if u change to whats hot.... mech eng in the begining, is worthless. with 5 r and d agents all lvl 4 and you sell the cores each month you will net about 150 milli0on isk. it takes no time et all to make that isk in o.0 shooting rats in belts.as for invention? that is the dumbest thing ever, i have all good skills and it doesnt matter. u fail 85 pertc of all inventions. and the bpc for success is a slap in the face,,, a 9 run kronos bpc sells for 50 million isk?all scientist should make 1 billion isk minimum per month for there skills and work, thats not to much to ask.how bout the damn agents just give us 250 million isk per mponth per agent because this other stuff is a time sink and we should be ratting or pvp'n not taking 500 trit to r and d agnet to get 60 more lps which will net one core worth a whopping 100 k in isk.

What is this? Using your own figures of 150mil/month, that means you gGet 2 alts on your account to earn 300mil/month between them? (450mil inc main)
Man, thats sucks. Whats your problem with making 450mil a month even when logged off?

Your upset that you can make 150 Mill per month for sitting on your butt and watching the lp's count? wow, talking about lazy. Granted you did have to work up your standings to get level 4 agents your lucky you don't have to complete missions in order to maintain standings.
Inventions, yes I agree there. After training up all the skills and sinking a lot of isk into the ship and module encryptors I too fail 85% or more. I finally just gave up and decided it was more profitable to mine a can of trit per day or something.
Of course if invetion bpc's were easier it wouldn't help that the 9 run kronus is only worth 50m. The kronus is 50M because the bad m.e. rating makes the ship too expensive. And furthermore certain t2 parts are going for so much that it's not worth building from bpo's these days.
As an example. If I setup buy orders to build from the raptor bpo that I own (m.e. 9) I can build it for 6.6M. However there on market for 5M. So for the moment someone/group really has a lock on market.

Well plenty of CSM candidates that want R&D and invention changes, so look them up and vote for the one you like most.

However, I'm not fond of passive income through datacores, so if you want more, you'd better be prepared to work for it. |
