we all know that pirates loves caracals. they love them to death, in fact, and caracals tend to have a one day lifespan. but now the time has come for revenge! no longer, will the caracal tolerate such insolence. those that have defiled it, must burn in hellfire!

Edited by: Terra Fe on 07/05/2008 00:10:45 TBH a lot of people in the kubinen chain need to die. Repeatedly-especially Euriti. You should be dead too, if the ceptor pilots in my gang didn't suck that time I'm gonna use this thread as an excuse to post this, recently from the chain, it needs showing:

Heavy missles as secondary weapon type(bonus points for going all out with a pandemonium BCU~25mil). Cargo rig Victim was using this ship to kill frigate rats, in a belt. He even got 1 cycle of jamming off on me but failed to warp off even with no point on him for 20 secs. Also didn't warp out when I ran out of cap and I had to warp out before coming back (he clearly wasn't afk given the agro he was giving off to me). Finally he sat there as the cerb shot his pod from 100km away with no point on him.

Well - I guess you got to start somewhere :P
Not the most glorious kill on earth - That Vexor was t2 fit, so I can give you that - but the guy had pretty ****ty resistances, ontop of the SAR
You killed him with standard havoc missiles though - which is not bad. Not often I ever see a T2 fit Vexor lose to a Carebear in a Caracal with non-named non-t2 heavies; thought much of the credit goes to the Vexor pilot's idiotic low slot config. ____________________

You are aware that a 1600mm vexor can not fit a MAR no matter how how your AWU is? Also this is Gneez' fit. Please do tell me how to fit my vexor then.

Fitting a SAR on a 1600 fit is generally stupid. Put another EANM II on it and put a MAR in your cargo. __________________________________ Me being an hero in my battle boat

Not worthy of a post, I'd go for an eanm instead of the sar but I usually fly the vexor without an mwd so..

If not than you might try to slowboat from 25km towards your enemy, but this 2008.02 vexor might be an alt that shoots your drones so you gotta pull them back and just as you finally get a web on him a hurricane lands in your belt and mwd's up to you and finish you off.
It's more likely than you think Yarr |

back to subject though
on caracals etc. i often thank all those mission running carebears for flying caldari. from time to time, when you face a caldari ship, you're in for a nasty surprise.
it's all a matter of thinking outside of the box ;]

And at OP, Nice kill, wasn't expecting nano caracal going 1700m/s.
I never heard of Gneez before so he must be a idiot, his own fit also seems to be agreeing with me too I think I also hear the killboard link a couple posts up laughing a bit too. ____________________

Edited by: z0de on 08/05/2008 01:53:53 Nothing wrong with a sar on 1600 fit. Good for reping post battle in the 15min cool down and helps a little in the fight. Did the guy have drones? I don't seen any on the kb? If you were going 1700/ms a set of lights would have ripped through you in seconds.

I had hobs, did send them but they got 1 volley off, fell behind the catched up etc. He got me faster than I got him. And yeah the SAR vs EANM is a personal pref. tried both.

The fit is good, it's one of the best ways to fit a Vexor (replace Sar for a EANM though srsly, srsly.) And Gneez makes movies in his vexor, fun to watch
And even if light drones could catch him, i really doubt they would have done much, assuming he'd probably have a lse and/or invuls __________________________________ Me being an hero in my battle boat

You can dock and undock to fit the medium rep, and when you undock, if you stop your ship before warping, you can warp anywhere before you take any armor damage. __________________________________ Me being an hero in my battle boat
