"We are destined for greater things than this. Our path should have never led us here. There is a better way. But you must step back from what you're doing now, or else we'll lose everything that we have left of ourselves.
...we can be united in purpose... but we will never, ever be united in hate."
-Otro Gariushi
We are a wounded people. Our pride has been attacked, our strongest voice of peace has been silenced, and our worth as a people slandered. War, it seems, is now inevitable. Our heart and souls cry out for vengeance. Our State is throbbing with the desire for bloody satisfaction, and so, it would seem, is the Federation. We are like feuding siblings, born of the same star, but never able to agree.
It is, however, precisely such times in which we should allow our true spirit as a people shine through. But what is that spirit?
People point to our megacorporations. Those are tools. They point to our technological achievements. Those are trophies. They point to our "ruthlessness" and "efficiency". Those are affectations.
The true, unbending core of who and what we are is not one thing - rather, it is an alloy of our virtues. We are selfless, giving gladly of ourselves for the good of family, community and State. We are cerebral, acting only once we have the proper measure of a problem. We give respect only to those who have earned it, and above all we learn our lessons.
Otro Gariushi sought to teach us a valuable lesson. The few scraps of our oldest dialects that remain suggest an appropriate title for him - I say that he shall be Gariushi-haan no longer; let history remember him as Gariushi-sensei.
Now is the time for the Caldari people to prove that we have LEARNED our teacher's lesson. His message must not - MUST. NOT. - die with him. If we must wage war in order to defend ourselves, then we must do so reluctantly. Our anger must be turned to productive ends. Our swords must remain sharp, but sheathed. We must not give into the same rage that has time and again consumed our Gallentean brothers and sisters.
To that end, I have founded a corporation. We will place ourselves on the front line of the State's defense not in order to destroy the so-called "Gallente Scum", but rather to guard our own people from destroying themselves.
We are called Rin-Ruuka Kyun, meaning "Lesson of the Cold Wind", and I call upon all Caldari patriots who feel as I do that the coming storm must be met not only with resolve, but also with restraint, to join me.
Our doctrine is one of victory through honour. We will be united in purpose, in courage, and in dignity. We will be united in opposing the demons of hatred that assail both our own people and our wayward kin.
War is coming. I pray that I am wrong, but we can all feel it in our souls, if we listen. Let us see to it that when the battles commence, we are prepared for them.

I stand with you. As much as I loathe the Gallente Federation's government, I bear no ill will towards its people. They have long suffered under their government's iniquity. I hope only that they see that the State offers them a better way. I urge them to join us in fighting against their government. Our quarrel is not with you, Gallente brothers. It is with the government that oppresses you. The Federation must be eradicated for the good of all. We shall not stoop to the Federation's barbarism. We will fight as we always have, with honor and for a just cause.
Delenda Gallente est.
