When a missile hits a target after the missile owner got unshipped, the weapon type carries over to the POD. That stuff happens all the time and one that is actively engaging in PVP on a regular base will know this.
Dosent change the fact there is no pod kill record of it on his targets kills or trainingbras losses.

Did you ever think that the guy never posted his pod kill loss? The only reason why his Nighthawk is up there is because I posted it up there after we killed him... If you belive this was a fake kill how about a screen shot of my corporations confirmed kills? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "In order to understand something, one must study all its aspects" |

He did post his API's. I'm not a pro on this, but that's what I found: char named trainingbras - has a bunch of rookie ships, couple of industrials, couple of ammo bp, almost nothing. I suppose "money got received from RMTer/legally/whatever - were remowed". If so - why it's both negative balance and zero in assets? char lysindle - some assets. Various ammo for 30-40mil, modules for even less, ships - rigged dessie-salvager, couple fitted cruisers, one rigged/unfitted BS he bought a month ago, some skillbooks. Again - nothing worth in assets, where the money went? So it looks quite suspicious. Edit: forgot to meant both chars have quite huge negative balance, as he said - almost 2bil and 1,7bil.

Lyn and I both use ISK to pay for our accounts. All the money we got off the freighters was used to buy time cards and Lyn bought another alt which thankfully hasn't been struck with a negative wallet. We also used alot of it to buy ships etc.. He went to join North Face Force and did alot of roaming in 0.0 with his corporation so of course he lost ships etc.. and I went and joined Black-Out. Alot of his money went to the new alt he bought which he has been training and gonna be selling shortly. I at the time was paying for 4 different toons.

Pak Seongsu, as CEO of OUT-Rage, can you comment on the identity of Arii Smith?
Do you know what relationship he has with Lynisle?
What might inspire him to donate over 1.7 billion ISK to Lynisle over the past two months?
Any idea on why they both happened to join your corp on the same day that the ISK was removed by GMs?
I expect that you should be able to provide some information, as Arii Smith along with Lynisle, and ALPHA LEET are the directors of your corp. Obviously there must be some level of trust there.

Lynisle is my real life friend, I don't give a **** what you any of you think. He has never bought ISK in his life and what ever the GM's did is wrong. I've known him for over 2-3 years now and have been going to school with him for over 1 year. He had Lynisle from the start. We mission scammed loads of people and made TONS of money. We then split that money between the corporation and its members. Alpha Leet is a Director because he is my Dad. Yes that is right my Dad plays the game with me to because that is how we spend our time together when were not doing other family type things. Lynisle is a Director because as I said he is my friend. Arii Smith is Lynisle's alt that he bought off the forums about 4 months ago or so and has been training it up to fly a Golem and other various types of ships.
The 1.7bill that was donated to Lynisle was because Lynisle gave the money to HIMSELF. Those of you who think that the "Acqua Digit" Dominix kill is fake can go DIE IN A FIRE because it is not fake. I have the kill logged in my corporations confirmed kills log and would be MORE then happy to link a screen shot.
I am tired of people siding with CCP as if they think CCP did nothing wrong which in fact they did. They took away a kids fun when he did nothing wrong. The thing I am confused about is they said Lynisle bought ISK but tell me this. How can he buy ISK if his computer was "BROKEN". How do I know this for a fact? because I am a Unix and Linux Administrator and have been working with computers since I was 7 years old.
This really erks me because having the GM's not give me my ship back or something else is fine, but taking someones ISK for something they didn't do? I just find this sad that now my friend is more then likely going to be quitting EVE and also me going to be losing a vary good corp member. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "In order to understand something, one must study all its aspects" |

Well, if you ransomed the ISK the ISK is legal, no matter if you killed the victim afterwards.... As many said: "It is a sandbox game". No one is forced to be honorable...
... but ....
could it be, that it is a new tactic of ISK-sellers/buyers to cover the ISK-transfer under a ransom? And the ISK-seller even lets the buyer destroy his ship, to make it look even more "legal"?
I think you bought the ISK and now try to get the community on your side... fail!

What is "mission scamming" and how does one make 1.7 bill on one character and 1.9 bill on another from doing this?

You have a good explaination on page 1.
Using this tactic is utter CRAP and I hope you never ever see that ISK again. CCP should shift delete anyone using this "exploit"

Perhaps someone has came up with a new way to grief the scammers ?
1. Contact an ISK selling outfit. 2. Pay them some cash. 3. Have them pay multiple fairly small ammounts into a targets wallet from multiple accounts. 4. Targetted scammer gets screwed over by CCP for taking macro ISK, and then comes to the forum to whine.
Probably only cost a few dollars to setup.

You totally missed the point. The point is CCP minuses anyones wallet that has a link to a isk seller, you could be the 1000x person that a isk seller traded with and it will happen to you, whats even worst is CCP also does this to people that buy and sell stuff off the markets if the item or isk come or belong in a long line of transactions to a isk seller. In other words, CCP = bhunch of kids, I don't like your name, yourT a isk buyer/seller there you go minus wallet.

No need to become hostile. It will not help your situation any.
I expected that there would be a reasonable explination, and was giving you a chance to provide it. ( For those wanting confirmation here is where the sale appears to have taken place. Notice that Lynisle was the second highest bidder, the highest bidder appears to have backed out.)
However, failure to disclose such information up front does not help the appearance of your innocence.
If he is certain that he is innocent, then he should continue to excalate the issue with CCP. He will not get any help here.
The best that you can hope for by sharing your API keys with the public is proof of your guilt. There is no way that they can prove your innocence as API Keys do not provide enough information: for example, the transaction history only goes back to March, there is no way for us to review transaction before that, but GM's can.
If he is innocent, then he should continue to escalate the issue: has he pointed out the fact that the character was traded.
It is possible that an honest mistake was made regarding that character's past. Based on the first attempt to sell that character, the previous owner had a questionable background.
Pursuing this on the forums is just going to attract people opposed to your style of game play and result in attacks on your morals.
If you know that you are truly innocent, then persit through the escalation process. If you are guilty just give it up.

I have done a little more research since my last post. Saddly it has only dimished the OP's credibilty to nill in my own opinion.
Of course the OP might have a legimate explination. However, explinations are easy to create after the fact.
This sales thread appears to be a fraud.
First Arii Smith is designated as the recipient so as to hide any addition alts that might be involved on the side of Arii Smith.
Gina Lin's bids appear to have been real. She did send the ISK to Arii Smith, but it was returned within minutes.
I compared the dates of the ISK transaction between Lynisle and Arii Smith with the date of that thread. Prior to the creation of that thread there was already a long history of large donations between those characters prior to the date of the "sale".
There were several in-station trade made between Arii Smith and Lynisle a few hours prior to that did not involve the transfer of ISK, only items. What items where traded is not recorded by the API data.
There was no obvious payment made for the character. It would be expected for the seller to transfer the ISK he gained from the sale to another character prior to completing the transaction. Arii Smith's wallet balance did not drop below 2.5 billion ISK until 4/20 when he transfered all of his ISK to his corp Vibraters.
Thus Arii Smith's post "sold auction closed" along with Lynisle's last minute bid appears to be a deliberate attempt to deceive people in to believing that was a legitimate sale.
Again there might be a legitimate explination available. However, I believe that the OP has limited credibility because of 1) his failure to disclose Arii Smith as one of his key alts at the begining of the thread, 2) the above sited evidence that he has a history of creating misleading/fraudulant thread.
If the OP is innocent of having obtained ISK illegally, I suggest that he pursue the matter with CCP via their escallation path. If he knows that he had obtained ISK illegally, I would advise him to let the issue go, and attempt to salvage what dignity he can.
