I have a feeling that soon double clicking an order will not open the "show info" window "Feeling"? "Soon"? "Wink"? You are such a tease. Hmm... yes.... feels mystery... Actually after you write that i wasn't happy because it can mean, that marketers will not have easier life then they has now. Nothing comes to mind what could appear after clicking market order - if not modify order and info window, than what that could be useful? Will that make marketers life easier? Well, it's certainly meant to make marketers life easier, and a few of you have been asking for it (hint: it has something to do with details ) I don't want to say too much because this *might* have been ninjaed in yesterday and my boss *might* be reading this thread ... I also have a ticker on the source code version control system.

After i red this i did THAT I mean that from the beginning lol! Have no idea why i wrote only about fixing order ^^
But still I think there should be shortcut for fix market order :]
Quote:Click == Details; Shift+Click == Modify; Plz! plz! plz! plz!
U could go further. There is always such route: view & modify (or only view if no neet to modify). Never had to modify without viewing. So maybe using 'modify order' option should open the modify window & open this item market window. BUMP! This would make our life extremely easy :D ONE CLICK PER ORDER! |

Begun the version control wars have. Will the Ninjas survive in a world where every commit has a name attached to it? Or will bow to the will of the all seeing eye?
Also less inconsistency in the ui is nice. |

thanks a bunch for opening the scope of your improvements to all areas of the game - some of the things brought up here never occured to me, but now knowing they are being changed I don't see how we ever lived without them.
since this thread is getting a lot of dev-love, i'll toss one thing out that I've seen ~5 times in the past week.. when using core/ scanner probes, the timer that counts down the duration of your scan job has a seconds remaining count-down number in the scanner window. i've noticed that 'seconds remaining' number appearing half-in and half-out of the visible count-down bar. if this is a new observation, i can try to reproduce and submit a bug report, so just FYI if you haven't already seen this one on some UI improvement list.

I would rather see feature which would work together with adding 1st item. I also understand your concerns with expanding right click menu further so how about also adding modifiers to already existing drag and drop feature... like; - if drag and drop item to compare tool while holding shift = add item + all variations - if drag and drop item to compare tool while holding alt = add item + all similar items.
That would be as handy and useful and wouldn't harm anyone ?

I have a request for an update.
it would be nice to be able to choose which columns appear in windows such as the manufacturing window. Or at least the ability to rearrange the columns. The completion time of a job is much more important than the start time in my opinion.
Thanks

one little thing actually... in terms of UI and small things that would help out a lot...
could you possibly make the comments section of a characters show info window be tabbed to show comments on that character from corp mates and alliance mates? obviously dont throw all the comments already on characters comments section to those tabs, but if you could make it so we can write comments corp wide and alliance wide if we need to, thatd be amazing!
hope u have a good day! keep up the good work! =)

I really love this direction. I'd love to see those small improvements rolled out on a regular basis, like once a month? Being agile and such... :) Especially since this is mostly UI related you got that simple functionality to roll out small patches.
What about showing the summed up m-¦ of a selection range in a container at the bottom of it?
About the comparison tool and having a place in the Neocom for it: Please make it a tool to easily query an item database: To look up things, instead of hoping that something is in the contracts which can't be found in the market. It would be great if you could compare ships too.

Thanks alot! This is why I can't wait EVE Launcher to be released! This should allow CCP to do many small submits and not waiting for bigger patch :]
Still I hope someday they will fix the character changing mechanism, coz now it suxx like hell. Reloading whole client to change char?! WTF! |
