But, what exactly is "rerolling" stats?

In Eve, it happens when new players have put a lot of charisma and willpower in their starting stats. Then after a month of playing you understand that you are going nowhere because perception, intelligence and memory cover 80% of the skills so you decide to "reroll", which means creating another char with better stats.
The term comes from old D&D games where you could roll a dice for your character stats.

So basically, if I have 20 willpower with my learning skills added to it, I'd be better off starting over again and sending everyone to int, mem, percept? I HAVE been playing for a month :) ---------------------------------- I play EvE and I don't even get a stupid signature. |

It is up to you. If you play a trader like me, it doesn't really matter since all you have to do is to be able to pilot an industrial and use the market^^. My other skills are useful for running missions and mining sometimes but I don't need a so great amount.
If you want to play a scientist or a pvper then you really have a lot of skills to learn and rerolling might be worth it.
Your high willpower makes your char slightly behind the others, nothing as bad as 20 charisma^^.

Well I created my character with high Charisma - now 22 with 1 level of Empathy still to train...
I have roughly 11.5 mill skill points - so its no biggie - altho some characters created around the same time have 1/2 mill points more than me...
If you have been playing a month I am not sure I would bother to restart.

I have seen that with my 14 int (with implant and level 4) and 8 memory(no implant and level 4), a character which have good starting memory and intelligence saves already 24 days of training only for the Learning skills part.
You probably had the implants soon enough and have decent memory, intelligence and perception attributes Hardin. Am I wrong?

These stats are not so bad. I think you got also a lot of points from the auto learning abilities that have been removed since Castor.
