110.05.20 : Isaziwa - Lai Dai Corporation Factory Station
Dex Nederland, Infinity Systems' Head of Planning, presented the company's May report to the public today. He addressed the press located in Isaziwa, via holo apologizing saying "The Protection Service had a task that needed completing." Once again the report was positive in regards to Infinity Systems' growth. Infinity Systems has continued to grow as a corporation despite (and possibly because of) the unrest within the State and the rising tensions between the State and Federation.
Nederland-haan attributed the continuing growth of the corporation to the efforts of its pilots in providing rare materials for the utilization of the many research projects completed in April. As the corporation grows it intends to expand its product range. As the number of pilots increases Infinity Systems will being to look towards establishing a second or third corporate office. This expansion will allow advancement of Lai Dai and Infinity Systems operations.
Yesterday, Lai Dai signed on to the State wide agreement to allow the Caldari Providence Directorate to guide its industrial efforts. Infinity Systems supports Lai Dai's decision and will particapte in the CPD along side Lai Dai. Nederland-haan stated "Through cooperation with other State corporations we will build a better and stronger State. Our pilots are proud to be Lai Dai employees and State citizens"
LDIS May Financial Report
In May 110, Lai Dai Infinity Systems maintained its product line and produced several runs of all its products. Infinity Systems did not invest in research of new products this month, focusing instead on building funds using its current line of products. A limited run of the two rig blueprints researched in April was done, however this was a single instance and may not be repeated soon. The corporation did however achieve a net profit of almost 29 million ISK for the month.
The lack of research this month was in part tied to a need to maintain sufficient quanitities of Infinity's Systems current products. The corporation's size minimizes its ability to collect resources is limited and despite the hard work of our pilots sufficient quantities of minerals could not be obtained to begin production of Caracals.
The corporation did obtain enough salvage to do a limited run of the two rigs researched. Three of each rig were produced with the salvage costing 40 million ISK at a value of 45 million ISK being earned.
This hard work in regards to production has resulted in an increase in the value of the corporation by 95 million ISK. At the end of April the corp was valued at over 327 million ISK and is now valued at just over 422 million isk. This represents a 29% growth for the month.
Along with this was a net profit of nearly 29 million ISK, much of which is being turned over for reinvestment in June. The remainder of the profit will be given in dividends to our shareholders, approximately 14,500 ISK per share.
In May the corporation lost 1 employee to the ethnic violence that shock the State mid way through the month and has gained 3 more employees. Also several long time pod pilots have shown interest and the corporation is expected to continue to grow in June.
In summary this month saw the continued growth of assets and personnel for Lai Dai Infinity Systems. We expect to continue to grow in coming months and has plans to expand its operations and product line.

Good to see amongst the dire warnings everywhere there are still companies turning profits and being succesful.
A question, how will Lai Dai's entry into the Provist camp affect Infinity Systems? Surely you will not be allowed to stay neutral in the event of war?

Infinity Systems continues to support Lai Dai and thus the CPD. As of yet, we have not received any direction from the CPD. We continue to work towards are founding goals of supporting the rest of the Lai Dai megacorporation and pursuing T2 product line of Lai Dai designs.
In the event of war, Lai Dai Infinity Systems will support the Lai Dai Corporation and the Caldari State. Remaining "neutral" was never considered to be a real option.

Well done!
Glad to see that there are those who realize that amidst all the posturing and bluster there is a need for corporations that make it possible to put the words into action. If you are open to outside investment, please contact me.
