San Matari News transmission
A New Hub Arises in Thiarer!
Over the last two months consistent effort by pilots of the San Matari have been focussed on developing the hitherto uncut gem of Mekashtad - Thiarer; from an unknown backwater, it has developed into a popular system for corporations operating on the fringes of the civilised Mandate. Using commercial acumen, supply savvy and determination, San Matari industrialists have helped Thiarer blossom into the most active system in its quarter of the Mandate. On one occassion it was claimed that nearly 70 capsuleers were operating there in tandem, outshining the entire Mandate!

Psibvār Velevos has indicated his approval of the enrichment projects, encouraging ôthe continued migration of civilised pilots to the beloved Mandateö.
Deals struck with fellow residents: Rastana CMP corp
San Matari trade with fellow residents has increased. One particular trading partner of freighter worthy volumes of minerals has been Rastana CMP. Rastana CMP, a relatively recent arrival in the beloved Mandate, have proven the age old idiom - judge a kebab by its juicy centre, not the burnt exterior. In an interview with their diplomat, Ooyama had this to say about the Ammatar: "personally though, I will definitely advise people to come meet the people of the mandate before sweeping the opportunity off the table."
Query launched into sourcing legitimacy of Delictum 23216's mineral stocks
Questions have arisen as to the origin of sampled portions of San Matari tritanium stocks; units have been noted to have foreign, and more disturbingly - possibly tribal processing signatures. Arbesan Avadi Marlakh has been requested to begin an audit into the matter. He was quoted, "Have no doubt for it will be exhaustive and it will be thorough."
As per procedure, all San Matari traders will be expected to hand over their transaction records for equally stringent scrutiny - regardless of rank. It is vital to be assured that San Matari minerals are ethically sourced, in that they do not in any way support entities that advocate or use terror against the beloved Mandate or Holy Empire.

Fresh Imports from Providence
The noble Reverend Jesu Marek (pictured) pioneered in pan-Ammatar cross-regional trade yesterday. Deals were struck between his honourable corporation "Templars of Holy profits" and Delictum 23216 covering Megacyte and Zydrine supplies urgently needed by the voraciously hungry San Matari forges in Thiarer. One can predict to see progressively stronger trade relationships developing between the mandate and Amarrian New Providence in the coming years. Unfortunately the work-pressed Reverend was unavailable to comment, citing a baptism that required his attendance.
Technological Advances
Where complete autarky was once a pipe-dream, it now comes ever closer to grasp with continued success in the invention labs and its diversification. Special mention goes to Pherlopolus, a Primal Directive 7-b Operative, who in continuing to shine in the ways of a Gallente-detached Intaki, shines twice resplendent as he wields skill of note at invention. The Primals, a hardened bodyguard led by Psibvār Captain Munky, have reported near complete internal self-sufficiency in Tech 2 module production. It is a mere matter of time before such bounties percolate to remaining barren areas of the beloved Mandate.
Slave Enhancement Programme SEP
300 graduates have been successfully rehabilitated into civilised society. Now in the employ of Delictum 23216, they start their new lives at the humble station of janitors, fully vaccinated , deloused and welcomed into the workforce contributing to the Ammatar ideal.
Terrorist attacks on the Mandate in decline
Reports of tribal incursions are have sharply decreased, reported San Matari border observers. One San Matari observer, Glauv Imskjedd reported: ôThere have been fewer attacks committed by tribals stealing out of the terra irridente in the last week than at any point since our records began two months ago. This drop is a clear indication of the successful tactics employed by the Ammatar Navy! We confidently predict a continuing trend of increasing security in monitored areas of the Hevaka and San Matar constellations over the next few monthsàif you ask me Hevaka looks like a stable place to settle a family.ö
News from Ani: No justice for Kammas Grayli
NAKUGARD û (Occupied Ani) - Following an audacious abduction by unmarked Krusual-manned ships, the tribal authorities seem to have given up all hope of bringing the perpetrators to justice, let alone hold the Krusual tribe unto account. Mr Grayli, rumoured to hold blame for yet another industrial failure at a Krusual weapons factory undoubtedly suffered cruelty and summary sentencing at the hands of his captors. Such failure of the tribal authority to rein in lawlessness is consistent with the RSSÆs complete abandonment of the half-hearted investigation into the atrocity committed against Ammatar delegates at the Egbonbet talks last year. It is thought that the Federation played a crucial part in discouraging an earnest investigation as part of their continued proxy war against the establishment of pan-matari peace.

Instability to the North - is it time to accept refugees or close the border?
Reports of tribal hardship at their own hands have raised questions amongst capsuleers in the San Matari alliance. Should Ammatar shelter tribals from themselves, that they may recognise that we are a civilised nation? One school of thought has been that the Matari will only learn the truth about the beloved Mandate if they see it through their eyes and not through the eyes of others. The failure of the tribal authority to care for its citizenery is acutely characterised in recent events in Skarkon, where residents chose domination under the dreaded Angel Cartel rather than remain under the yoke of tribal warlords. The open debate continues on occasion in the public channel, ædelictumÆ.
Breaking news
Sisters of Eve caught meddling in Jarriza
JARRIZA û (Oraron) - Our correspondent reports a claim made by the Sisters of Eve that a collection of adopted workers on Halturzhan bear semblance to a mythical Minmatar tribe they call the æStarkmanirÆ, alleging that they were prime specimens.. The Sisters were quick to disseminate these ideas across the border, where such myths are taken very seriously (see our special article expounding this below) reaching the ears of the tribal organisation, Eifyr & Co, who have claimed that they have genetic data that they think may be æStarkmanirÆ. Eifyr & Co respresentatives have claimed that data from the adopted workers bears resemblance, though this may not be significant in light of the fact that humans share more than 99.99% of their DNA.
The Sisters of Eve have not been known to deny tribals employment into their ranks. Given how fast the Sisters have been to report to the tribals, it is clear that any and all facts remain to be verified. The speed at which the Sisters have chosen to announce premature conclusions raises serious questions as to their motives.
The Amarrian Chamberlain Karsoth has taken the initiative to use the EmpireÆs considerable expertise to alleviate the chaos instigated by the doings of the Sisters of Eve. In response the Mandate has naturally pledged full cooperation towards arrival at substantiated truths.
Who are the Starkmanir?
The Starkmanir are thought to be an extinct tribe whose scheming behaviour led to their downfall. Some tribals hold this mythical tribe very high, with new stories about their exploits and greatness being written every day û which does nothing but expand upon their unsubstantiated reputation.

Despite trying times and storm clouds on the horizons, the Mandate flourishes.
I wish to personally thank the kind pilots and station-workers of the Thiarer area for welcoming and assisting us in building a brighter tomorrow.

Yeah, come to Thiarer and join in our growing prosperity ! Yuzier is also building up as a hub. The Mandate, despite the troubled foreign political scene, is expanding economically and I hope culturally. |

What a load of rubbish, there's all manner of unpleasant afoot in the Mandate, not least of which is Delictum.
Thank you for drawing my attention to your rebuilding. -----------------------------------------

It warms my heart to see the Ammatar pilots organising so effectively in restoring the fortunes of the Mandate. May it long serve as a beacon of hope for those poor souls trapped in the barbarous clutches of the Republic.

A thorough analysis of the latest batch of tritanium showed trace elements of dysprosium , which are found in the convertor units of certain Gallente refineries. However, the cleansing heat from our forges shall purge the sins from the minerals, which now serve to further our cause
