Is it possible to link the intesive reinary array to a coupling or silo?

Nope the only way to "couple" or "link" a silo is via the manage screen on the control tower and refineries do not show up on this screen.
Besides you don't need to, whatever you put in the refinery to refine will always be a smaller volume than what you are refining so it simply takes its place after the cycle is complete. --

Except for compressed ice (maybe ores too, not tested it). It is possible to fill a refinery array with compressed ice of some type (forget which one), and when the cycle ends, the refining array is massively over-filled. I'm talking about almost a million cubic meters of ice products if memory serves.

All compressed ice is smaller than the refinery results, so they all overfill if you do a full refinery run. However, this does not result in the loss of any product, so there really is no detremental effect here.
