Hi, I have a friend and it's not letting him post here(because he's still on the trial?), so I'm doing it for him. He rolled a Khanid and then did the two tutorial missions and then the first ten missions for the second agent. Afterwards, the agent sent him to another agent, who wouldn't allow him to run missions. We're trying to track down that agent because after he left that system, he forgot where/who it was, and also trying to figure out why he was sent to an agent who wouldn't accept his missions. I'm not all that familiar with the Amarr starter agents and don't do a lot of missions in general, so this is proving hard. If anybody could help us, it would be appreciated.
Thanks.

If he's done the 10 part mission series, he's done and is on his own. He could look up one of the agents for the other careers (there are one each for Business, Military, and Industry for each race) but he might as well start doing real missions. Try the Youl or Ebtesham system for a low quality level 1 agent with Amarr Navy.

As soon as you've finished the 10 missions, the agent will send you to a random other agent.
Why he would not be able to use the agent he was sent to is hard to say without further information, but basically he is done with the tutorial and as such can now do missions for any agent he has enough standings for. --- GM Zhainius EVE Online Customer Support CCP Games |

Hmm, I never knew that. Well, anyway, he can do missions for pretty much any low-quality level 1 agent now. If you guys are going to be doing factional warfare together, you might as well start him on your own faction's Navy missions, so you'll have standings with the same side.

I do believe this is a slight bug in the tutorial, as after the 10 missions new players were sent to specific agents (not random) How long ago this was changed I have no idea |

Edited by: Raelec on 11/06/2008 20:56:26 Basically, when you have done the 10, you are kicked out into the world of Eve on your own in a manner of speaking. The station you end up in at the end may have agents you don't care for. Frankly, I think you should find a real corp at that time. If you still want to npc mission, they can usually point you in right direction. |
