Lately, I've been hitting a lot of non-DED type Unknowns in 0.0 which are empty when I enter them. When I query the immediate people, I can't find anyone that says they cleaned it out. Furthermore, there's no wrecks, cans, or evidence of combat inside the site. Just an empty cloud and a couple acceleration gates.

I had one yesterday, which I caused myself.
I started 30 mins before DT, and wanted to finish it when the servers came back up. The room was still full of rats when DT hit, but when I came back after DT everything was gone, except some containers I left behind.
I looted all, destroyed all structures, and warped out, expecting it to despawn, but it didn't. It's still there, I'm going to check after DT again.

It wasn't an unknown but was the first time I seen this not sure if they are suppose to always have NPC's in them or not.
I did 2 radar sites last night nether one had NPC's in them just shards and normal site stuff at first I thought someone had just left the site when I found the first one but it had stuff inside the shards.

A buddy of mine found a Serpentis Base yesterday. Besides the 2 acceleration gate, nothing was in the area. No wrecks, no cans, nothing.
System was also void of anyone for the last 3-4 hours.

I'm getting these a lot, and I'm pretty sure that I'm the first one in them. Two gates, some structures, and no rats at all. :S

So far I have notic this as well, although it seems the last times that only half of the rats had spawned like first room empty second room filled half.
Strangely it still escalated after killing the trigger
