I've never seen such cowardice in an alliance. They run when they outnumber us 4:1. They bring a 20 man gang to fight our gang of 5. We consider fighting them anyway. They drop a cyno.
My first post in COAD, probably my last. Just wanted to post that video to name and shame Hydra as being the lameasses they are.

Can you count? We had 3 logistics and 2 bs. .
lets assume for 1 minute that your people are not complete cretins and know a little about ship fitting.
3 logistics ships = 4 x large reppers + 1 set of 1 set of bonused rep bots each ship . This is the equivalent of 5 LAR II or 5 x-large shield booster II per logistics ship . That means its a total of 15 LAR II or x-large SB that is focusable to wherever needed , plus any local repping fitted on ships . The remote reps = 71 km range , the bots = 57km range ( assuming reasonable logistics skills , only lev 4 ).
Then take into account its fairly simple to setup a dual repper bs to tank a non neuting/nos carrier .
Then take into account that 2 of your logistics ships were guardians , that can cap transfer , negating any nos/neut ships attacking your bs.
Your fleet of 3 logistics + 2 bs ( gank setup 1200dps+ ea ? ) should easily have been able to tank 5 cariers , if the carriers werent spider tanked you should be getting kills , if they are spidered you should be flying an ecm boat or 2 .
3 logistics + 2 BS is not the fleet to crow about being big and brave , it can tank so much its practically a carebear mini-fleet. |

well i had some hydra jump my little hulk today was 4 of them against my hulk but i have to say they dont smalk talk me in local they was professional about it.so if you got a problem with them out doing you well just get more people in your gang to fight them have a good day  |

Poor hydra lol, they get so much sh1tposts.
Hydra has grown and evolved quite well over the last few years imo, maybe still not as much as potentially possible and im sure they still have a ways to go, but i think overall they are doing a pretty good job :)
The worst alliance imo will still have to be fix, esp now without bob. |

Funny how the "worst alliance ever" has so many applications to join that I cannot keep up with them.
So many hate posts, and I've remained silent, so this will be my one and only response. I think the OP and all the other people posting "Hydra sucks" just don't get it.
We are having fun playing a spaceship game shooting at other spaceships.

Dear OP,
I have taken the liberty of doing this thing called "encoding" to your video. Where you used well over a gigabyte of space and bandwidth, you'll note that the "encoded" version uses approximate 62 megabytes.

Hydra in Misquoted / Illinformed Reply! (for once).
We didnt reference the "battle" in the video in our recruitment thread. It wasn't a battle, it was your 15 man gate camp fleeing from my single battleship. ANYWAY the "serious battles" we reference is our 5 man gang 2 BS 3 Logistics tanking 2 Nyxs 1 Thanatos and around 10 other ships (and all getting out alive with a few juicy kms )

This just in. A hydra gang of 6 interceptors with a manticore making 7 attacked SoV space. They lost 2 ceptors and the manticore to a lone SoV harpy. Ceptor 4 shared the death with a larger gang that arrived at the last moment. Now what does this say?

I'll clue you in. Sarcasm depends on subtle cues and movements to work. It doesn't work in an internet situation because those cues aren't there. Without it detecting sarcasm just depends on increadible stupidity. Quite frankly I wouldn't put stupid past people like yourself on these forums.
Also i'm going to label it "plausible" that this could be an attempt to cover up for what you admitted to. Simply because even if your "sarcasm" was easily detectable it would have been boring and not even really added anything but filler to your post
Now can we end this more personallized flamefest between you and me outside what actually has/hasn't been done in the game?

Oh, of course. First of all, I was not there. Second, who would need to cover up some inty losses. My post merely had the intention of showing you how not interesting your post was. If everybody posted, after shooting down 4 inties, we would have quite some many threats in CAOD. So what you are accusing me of, not really adding anything, has been already achieved by you. And it was a really boring story of yours as well...
