Given my general dislike for forums ill keep this short.
FANG alliance has pulled out of geminate as of now, as such we have rest most of our standings. Should any one who sees us as friendly wish to continue to do so then they should contact either myself or Blake Zacary via EVE Mail. If any one who recently organised standings wants to double check then feel free.
Ill let every 1 else speculate as to the reassons, but please note i shall not be returning to this post. So speculate all you wish, this post is merely here for information. |

Smashkill got azz whipped and got mad at everyone so they started kicking corps out of alliances and alliances out of coalition...Am I right..I think so..also i am sure it had somthing to do with the fact that goons about to steam roll there home.

In regards to corporations leaving Roadkill I can confirm that some chose to leave on there own, and others were kicked for being inactive or ineffective and not participating in alliance goals and needs.
We examined each corporation and when that corporation basically was not participating in the gangs, were not contributing financially, or through industrial means why keep them in the alliance?
I can not speculate on Smash Alliance removals since I haven't seen Smash leadership for over a month now.
Roadkill is still intact and still remains a viable fighting force, granted we are not putting up large numbers against goons but neither are many of of the other alliances in game.

Funny that you call them usless renters your corp get kicked from FANG for inactivity. I can agree in some aspects about not helping with incursions into RK space because they were mostly 10 man nano gangs. When Tri attacked BWF FANG was the most active of the coalition aside from r0adkill and mabee smash.
Towards the end of my stay in FANG it was pretty easy to get an AD-5 defense/gate camp gang up but nearly impossible to get a roaming gang together (guess they were just lazy).
Well good luck fang with whatever you guys decide to do next. And good luck John I hope RK keeps it together you were always a cool group of people to fly with.

Please excuse the week old necro, however DAMT left fang of its own free will, and it did so a long time ago.

At one point in time each and every Alliance that was in the Geminate and Drone land power block did very well and it was much appreciated by myself and other leaders in the block.
The failure of the block was mutable reasons. Which includes xdeath & RA attacking FIX & Atlas in the drone lands at the same time that Goons attacked Smash & Roadkill. Other reasons was that active members went inactive for the summer due to Summer Vacation and School's being out. Some students were away on trips and work, and parents were at home watching the kids etc etc. And yet another reason is that Faction Warfare took a good number of active people because they wanted pvp but were bored to death due to multi able titan doom day devices.
So with all these factors it was a perfect storm for taking a group of people down. Roadkill still had numbers towards the end and were roaming and hitting goons were they could be were not actively engaging the goons capitals simply because it just wasn't any fun to jump into system, they hit the DD, go back to station get another ship come back into system, they hit DD and repeat. Most of the time wihtout even being able to fire a single weapon.
I don't falt Goons and others for using the assets they have, thats how the game was designed to being used. I feel CCP will need to revise the titan in order to restore 0.0 pvp. Sure your going to get a few odd fights but when it comes down to it it's just not fun to deal with titans.
