I have just recently finished training for this ship but i have been unable to find a setup for the ship i really liked.
My goals with it was to ofc fit a covert ops cloak, a recon prob launcher and a MwD. but after fitting that i hardly got any Pg/Cpu left for anything (i belive i even had to use a fitting moduel to get the PG needed) i currently only have covert ops IV and im not planning on training lvl V.
So please if you have any setups please post them. this is only for scounting and locating targets in pvp not exploration sites ect. if i done that ill use another ship for clearing the site

Um... unless your fitting skills are pretty poor, it's not hard to fit. CPU can be tight, so you have to mix up your mids a bit.
Off the top of my head:
Recon Probe/Covert Cloak/offline cyno button or whatever you want MWD/Cap rechcarges/Warp Disruptor/EW Nanos/Inertia/ODs/CPR
2 scan time rigs |

You'll want Covops V:
[Cheetah, Recon ] Overdrive Injector System II Overdrive Injector System II Inertia Stabilizers II
1MN Afterburner II Warp Disruptor II Phased Muon Sensor Disruptor I, Scan Resolution Dampening Phased Muon Sensor Disruptor I, Scan Resolution Dampening
Covert Ops Cloaking Device II Recon Probe Launcher I, Snoop Scanner Probe I Offline salvager
Gravity Capacitor Upgrade I Gravity Capacitor Upgrade I
You can swap out for an MWD...but its a bugger to fit anything remotely like the above. Depends on what you are doing with it. Why do you think you need an MWD?

I use an afterburner and 3 overdrive injectors on mine. It works well enough for getting through bubble camps. |

Like the OP hints at, the above doesn't fit. Wthout a pg mod, you have 0.75pg left over after named mwd + highslots.
I mainly use it for PvE scanning, or just for having a look around 0.0, to examine camps and such. Have 2x beta PDS + nano, named mwd + shield booster, but the mids are mainly there for emptying the capacitor to limit warp range, the pds to regain capacitor quicker. Not that I've had any great success making precision warps with that technique, it just warps too fast :-/
Camps, bubbles, massive "graveyards" i.e. lots of corpses/junk on gates, so far none of that has presented any problems. Always just mwd + cloak to get out, or cloaked slowboating to get in, worked okay so far. Just a blink and I'm speeding away at 2000-2500m/s. Have to try the 2xod+nano with AB technique soon.
Don't know what I'd fit in mids, that could be of use. Though I like RotB's setup, if I were to ever use it for gang work. |

If you prefer MWD over afterburner (like me) you can go with this:
High: 1x Recon Probe Launcher I 1x Covert Ops Cloaking Device II 1x Salvager I (offline) Mid: 1x Catalyzed Cold-Gas I Arcjet Thrusters 1x Small Capacitor Battery II 1x Warp Disruptor II 1x Phased Muon Sensor Disruptor I Low: 1x Micro Auxiliary Power Core I 1x Co-Processor II 1x Overdrive Injector System II Rigs: Your choice, I prefer Auxiliary Thrusters as I already have sub 30sec scan time.
If you switch to a named Micro Auxiliary Power Core you can switch to a t2 mwd. |
