The Threshold Alliance is currently looking for PVP corporations for consolidation in 0.0 space.
We are looking for serious, dedicated players, willing to actively participate in the Alliance.
We have set ourselves up as a representative democracy based on a constitutional charter, one where pilots have rights and duties. So unless you are serious about working with your fellow alliance members and our willing to participate on a regular basis, then Threshold MAY NOT be the Alliance for you.
We don't expect you to be online 24/7, and even if you are, we don't expect you to be working for the Alliance 100% of the time. We do expect some regular participation in fleet operations and decision making, which eventually will be to your own benefit. Community is important to us, and if the least you can do is put in your two cents worth every now and again, we would appreciate it.
If you find the above agreeable, there are a number of benefits. Obviously the first is that you will have a voice in the policies of the Alliance; once you are no longer on probation, as well as access to certain financial benefits such as an alliance level insurance plan for ships, low interest loans, an internal trade system, and the usual perks such as access to an R&D POS, fair prices for ships from fellow corporate members and so forth.
We regularly conduct operations - mining and PVP, and as such we also have the usual unimpressive infrastructure such as a TS server, Killboard , forum etc.
The Threshold is currently based in Verge Vendor, and is making sorties into Syndicate. We originally based ourselves in Great Wildlands, FDN territory, but got fed up with inactive corporations, lack of fleet operations and general lack of participation.
So we are starting anew in Gallente space. So far most of our pilots are green but willing to fight and make a go of it in 0.0. We have been mainly training for PVP operations, ones that we hold regularly and also doing fleet mining to build up our resources for future operations.
Be advised we are NOT a carebear / UBER- laid back alliance, and after GW we will not tolerate any lack of commitment from any member corporations in times of war, or during fleet operations. You will have to provide support - one way or the other, or else you will have to pay - one way or the other. "Everyone fights, no one quits." as someone once said.
We are not concerned with how much SP you have, and how big your ship is, so long as your willing to do your fair share.
If capital ships impress you, then yes we have them. (sorry we cant go into it). However, don't let that be a reason for joining us.
We ask that you read our charter on our blog as well as what we have done and accomplished so far, before making any decisions. Talk it over with your corp-mates as well.

We are growing slowly, but surely, and at any given time there are about 30 to 50 active people online.
