Refuse to pay ransom to NighCrew they are no good on there word if you pay , you will still die even if you pay them.
Keep an eye out for these guys they roam in frigs in high sec into your missions steal your loot then wait for you to attack
them.
After that they fly away and come back in bigger ships. They came back on me with 2 Nighthawks and a Drake.

So. Are you aware of the fact they couldn't have attacked you until you fired first?
Natural selection imo.
(Edit to the reply below me) You find someone in a belt or missioning in lowsec and offer a ransom, honor it. In high sec, I'm inclined to think that the ransom is extra "stupidity tax" for being mentally deficient enough to fire on someone who is quite obviously baiting you.

90% of the time a ransom is a "stupidity tax" basically its like putting a bounty on your own head.
"I gives 300millz, dont kill navy raven plixplox" "ok transfer the money to me" "ok money transferred" "haha that was lulz, kill him brothers!"

Ransoms should be honoured, no matter if hisec or nullsec.
But the ones who don't, hurt their business as well as mine. So be assured that they will be blown to pieces should they ever venture into the home of The Black Rabbits. And we will not ransom them before as this would prevent the blowing up part
TBR - because ransoming is serious business!

I have to object!
When I think back to my carebear days, I would have loved to pay a ransom instead of losing ship and pod. But sadly I never got a chance to pay.
Nothing wrong about blowing other people up though. Eve is meant to be a pvp game and if someone catches you, you're at his mercy.
Apart from that hisec piracy is one of the lowest types of piracy as you mostly go against extremely unexperienced people - only dishonouring ransoms can beat that.

I wasn't aware of any piracy hierarchy. Could you please send me a copy of your piracy handbook? I don't seem to have that chapter.

Dishonouring ransoms is bad for business and Piracy is a business.
If you make your living from piracy you learn that honour and respect mean everything. It's douches that dishonour ransoms that make it more difficult for others to make ISK from our unique brand of violence.
I'm not saying you're doing it wrong, you're just not doing it right.
As to the OP, dude, you shot at them giving them the right to shoot back, it's your own damn fault.

No where in my post I *****ed about them killing my ship, i was simply letting others know about this corp... you people need to learn to read before you speak.
Yes I know I attacked them giving them the right to shoot me ... if you read the posts you would obviously know that.
I didnt care about me losing my ship, I had it built back in less then 10mins and missioning again and alrdy made it back a few hours after, the Point if the post was to let anyone around the system to keep an eye out for them...
But doing that, I guess was the real problem .

I agree with you that dishonouring ransoms is bad, you however made a mistake in shooting first Mr Han Solo, learn from it and move on.

Lol, a guy posts to identify a pirate corp that does not honor ransoms, and everyone accuses him of whining over a lost ship or hating pirates. It kinda reminds me of how, back when the ALT key stopped bringing up moons or a target box, everyone took glee in "pirate tears," though no pirates I saw were crying. We get enough delicious carebear tears, we don't need to invent more where none are to be found.
Count me among those who is curious as to which pirate corps do and which don't honor ransoms.
BTW, Ministry of Destruction honors ransoms. I have several times gone so far as to return incorrect ransom amounts, when I have destroyed the pilot's ship. There's no special badge you get for honoring ransoms; everybody feel free to do what you want. I hope that someday one of my victims may actually pay me a ransom based on my or my corp's reputation, but I'm not really expecting it.

"Honor" and "Respect" and "Pirate" are mutually exclusive. Honor among thieves? Ok, to an extent. Honor between pirate and victim? Hardly. Honoring ransoms? That makes you a tax collector, not a pirate.
Do you really think a PIRATE is going to walk away from stealing everything in your current possession because you *wired* him some money too? Pfft!
