Maller -> give it bonus to damage so it can compete with a thorax w/o drones.
Zealot is an out and out sniper it does not need a drone bay, to give it one would make it overpowered tbh, and I think the maller is fine, actually maller is a very cool cruiser, my fit does 272 dps and tanks real good passively.

Sleipnir, -1 high, +1 mid. So it can fit MWD, Booster, Cap Injector, Invul, Scram, Web.
Raven, +70 CPU, +1 Launcher Because Tech II XL Boosters use a silly amount of CPU, and the Amarr and Gallente Tier 2 BS have 7 Turrets.
Nothing special, not big or clever, just 20 fighters and one hell of a tank.... |

The raven has a RoF bonus, and launchers tend to do more base DPS than guns. I'd trade a 50 drone bandwidth for a 100 drone bay, but some people like using the 2/2/1 combo with target painter drones, so meh

Omen - Has the potential, just doesn't have the fitting to realize it. Moa - See above. Merlin/Punisher/Tristan/Incursus - None of the races have a T1 frigate that really has a hope of standing up to a Rifter. Prophecy/Cyclone - Once decent, now relegated to the "only because they're cheap" bin by the Harbinger/Hurricane

all the other stuff is good, however this is important. Nano's are fine, there are counters, flying them takes some skill from the person at the keyboard + skills to do it right, and again, there are still plenty of counters.

to draw away from the quote, my personal opinion:
1. Gallente Recons (either RSD range boni and/or strength) 2. AF's, dunno how, but something pllllz 3. Eve player intelligence Pilgrim. 4. Faction cruisers and below 5. The other odds and ends ppl mentioned.
Its in order of personal preference/importance as i fly primarily gallente (and REALLY miss being liked in an arazu over a myrm) and wish my ishkur had a purpose other than the occasional ratting run.
It was not intended as a nano-whine (although I see the nurf coming) but rather a simple mechanic. Missles should always hit - no matter what (as long as they are within range). The idea is that you can reduce missle damage with low sig radius and high speed (missles are always about damage reduction from a theoretical perfect strike) but they should always strike. In exchange for this feature (that they don't ever miss) is their relative uselessnes at long range (missle lag) and low dps (high alpha however. . .when it gets there). Quite frankly I don't care how fast ships go, as long as a missle can go fast enough to catch them. The problem is that you can't just reduce flight time and increace velocity - because that takes away the missle lag disadvantage (which should remain) so the whole issue is rather complicated. Add to that the horrid state of T2 missles and what we have is simply the worst wepon system in the game bar none. I think we can all agree that they need some kind of attention. ----

Yes there is a lot of caldari that needs buffing, but since the torp buffnerf having to fit an MWD on a ship thats always been very tight anyway has now got very very hard. Tbh I would settle for just the CNR having increase PG + CPU in line with its 7th Launcher.

Interdictors - Increase the speed please.
Bellicose - Like others have said, maybe a bit more PG and swap a turret hard point for a missile hardpoint. Encourage the cross-training of missiles earlier.
Nano-ships that blatently wern't meant to be nano'd. I'm all for havving fast ships. Interceptors/Dictors should all go fast. A scant few cruiser hulls should go fast. Nothing else should.
Assault Ships. I love them, but a well fit cruiser less than half the price can beat them without breaking a sweat. This is not right!
I don't really know enough about other ships mentioned to comment. ---

Also, it's fairly easy to fit sieges with a MWD, makes me wonder what you're trying to jam onto it.

i am guessing a shield tank of some sort, yes fitting 6x siege and a mwd is easy but after adding shield modules it gets kinda tricky, i dunno if an active tank is even doable on a raven with a mwd tbh, i use cruise =[ ------ I'll make a sig later. |

lol? you say the best field comand needs a buff and ignore the other commands (which suck more, esp. nighthawk), and whats more u ask for a buff that wld make it a complete gank solo mobile..wow im glad ccp dont employ you.
plus raven is fine, it can fit both pvp and pve fits, sieges are a squeeze but if it can do it, then it doesnt need buffing.

Bellicose needs some work but it doesn't need extra pg to fit launchers, they fit. Needs the pg to fit arty though. Would be a decent ship if it had a split bonus like the phoon to either drones or missiles.
