try out this:

6x 220mm 2x Assault launcher
MWD II, 24km Scram, 2 LSE II
2 Overdrive`s II, 1 Internal Nano II 3 Gyros II

Rigs: 3 Projetil Ambit (falloff range rigs)

with this setup you have around 20km falloff, and with good navi skills it gos around 2km/s (yes its not fast but its a Battlecuiser)
you can kill nerly all Ceptors that try to scram you or scare them off, and orbit all non nano ships,
and its not so horrifying expensive.

neuts on a nano ship is stupit .. why kill your own cap, and when you have to run--> out of cap--> dead

btw .. dont get into webrange ;)

But honestly Sleipnir wouldn't be much more expensive, and it has the same speed and agility, longer fall-off, 20% more DPS and much better tank.

My setup will give you 3.4 km/s, nice DPS, better tank than any nano-HAC and cost cheaper as well.

Only huginn out of all nano would kill this Hurricane. Others... I really doubt.

We are talking of nano. Hurricane is a close range ship. You can't be close range nano and slow.
