Preferably crowded lowsec so you can show off how fancy it is...

If none thermal and EM then a second Shield Boost Amp 1x X-L Booster 1x Shield Boost Amp 1x Cap Recharger Lows: 4x Cap Flux 1x Blasitic Control (If you don't need to perm the booster then 2x BSC sans 1 Flux) Rigs: 3x CCC T1's Drones: 5x Hob II's 5x Hammer II's (personal pref here, they kill frigs fast) This is the base fit I use and generally it's all T2 or faction/officer, but will work with named T1 stuff. With the right skills you can perma run the booster, but you don't always need too. Just know the types of rats you will be facing and you are golden. The Drone Link mod gives your dones the extra distance to be able to DPS pretty much any target you face ratting wise. I will sometimes put 2 in there to extend them to 85KM. I'd say you are looking at under 200Mil ISK top to bottom here. The other setup? I'm guessing a few Billion and a Bullseye on your rear exhaust port...

Yatta I	Posted - 2008.07.10 08:54:00 - [18] For faction mods, I usually perfer civilian ones than Caldari Navy ones. zero reload time and no ammo required really saves cargohold for all of the loot. Pods works better in some ways since you can permatank 1000 NPC BS since they won't ever hit you!
