My name is Jumai Hurae, recently a graduate of Republic University, specializing in mining, and this is an ad for employment.
I am looking for employment as a miner within the Republic, so if anyone has any available positions I would love to hear about them over either the net, or through a private communication.
Requirements:
Non-Amarr
Organized
Mining oriented corporation
Paid mining ops
And of course a positive working environment.

Seeking to bend your skills to the benefit of your own nation is an admirable goal, as is your apparent will to work hard for and in cooperation with a band of people with a friendly attitude.
There is a slight problem however - actually, there are two.
Firstly, a corporation loyal to the Republic that exells in mining, and that has mostly or only mining on the agenda, and to top it off employs no Amarrians will be very hard to find, I believe.
A wider search pattern might yeald more options. Also, exploring the recruitment ads in the ACRC sub-section might help you find what you look for, I think you might want to add an entry in there as well.
Secondly, a corporation that focus primarely on mining and/or industry might work well because they are happy doing what they do, but sooner or later they will either be bored, and expand their operations to other things as well, or they might fall prey to the noumerous pirate corporations that declare war on near-defenceless corporations in order to harm a soft target. This might ruin your day very soon if fact.
You are free to take my words with a grain of salt, as you should; but keep in mind a wider request might not just work better in the long run for your interests, but also be better geared to handle problems that might arise.
Regardless, I wish you luck in your search, and hope you find what you look for in this universe.

Brother,
Dont let the words of Mr Scagga endear you to the Ammatar path. Finding a non-Amarr corp is going to be tough but they do exsist. Amarrians tend to pop up like maggots, tearing at the corpse of Minmatar society.
Continue with your search and you are bound to find an organisation that is compatible with your needs. Though if you find a corp even with one Amarr, you can just ignore them.

There are some excellent mining facilities in the Inis-Ilix system that are always on the lookout for new Minmatar employees.

I did not realise that pie was so hard up for labour, perhaps you yourself should bust out a mining vessel and assist your slaves in grinding up asteroids?
No, wait your Amarr. Hard work is only something you punish for if its not hard enough.
