i am trying to create an alt on my account and when i do so, it fails to load and just freezes on the load screen at the last page where i enter a name for the character,
any1 else having this problem

I have exactly the sae issue on two accounts, reardless the template I follow.
I already submitted a bug report...

I've seen this reported a lot..
I suggest running the log server and doing a BR as I've just created one - mind you I just ran though the creation period in about 2 mins

I'm having the same problem. I'm technologically dumb, and don't have time to read a manual on submitting a proper bug report for this which includes logs, so I trust the devs will have a solution soon. |

I had the same problem in the classic client, cant get past the appearance section. Wont work in the classic client on both of my computers, works just fine with the premium client on both computers.

Make sure you have cache set to "normal" or higher. Having cache off seems to contribute to this problem. As you can see in the thread I've included, the issue is going to persist and you'll probably get the same answer that these individuals received.

same problem. I'll try the cache thing. Stupid.
Logger? Bug reports? I pay them, not the other way around.
