Yeah it's rediculous, trying to take advantage of the broad laser bonus. Might be a fun 'Surprise!' ship with a gangmate though.

uh you can fit focused med pulse with a 1600 plate anyway, why are you fitting smalls on it when meds will fit with same setup minus the neuts

Don't sweat it. I think what they're complaining about was fitting unbonused guns without a good reason. I've heard of people fitting hvy neuts on them with med guns. You could ask Lyria if she did it or not and how it worked out.

Read the discription. They are infact bonused. The Harbinger gets a bonus to LASERS, not a specific size. Unless EFT is broken, the damage mod of the Medium Pulse IIs was bonused under info.

Unless I saw the bonus working in Eve, I'm going to say that the description is bugged. File a bug report.

No, harbinger does not get its bonus applied to undersized weapons. And no eft doesn't apply the harbinger bonuses to medium pulses either. (Just to state the obvious.)

Tested it in game and with EFT and no dice. I honestly have no clue why I thought it did. Must have been some numerical dyslexia. Still...
