Maybe a tanked myrm with blasters, but it would be hard to kill it in time.

Harb is quite cap-dependent TBH, although cap boosters FTW for sure.

Tell me what you mean by properly fitted...I seriously doubt it can do enough DPS to break a Harb's tank. Tried a myrm, not enough DPS, even with blasters in the highs.

Yeah Drake would very likely do it, but it would be close. Slaves would give the Harbinger the advantage though.

you can even use an unconventional setup like nano your drake and fitting 2 TDs and fall from the chair laughing because of the epic kill 
face it, the harbinger is a one trick pony and can be defeated easily by outlasting or outmaneuvering and I dont see a reason to use a slave set for a BC.

The harbinger and hurricanes are the dmg output battlecruisers and the other two favour tank more.
Hurricane can definetly kill a harbinger and vice versa just depends on pilot skill.
Altho i have managed to squeeze nearly 825 dps (920 exactly overloaded) from a harbinger and thats not faction. Damned sexy ship.

where do people get the idea that the harb is unbeatable?
get in a myrm, go full tank, with some nos/neut, few guns, grow some patience and the harb will eventually die. Because rly, a well-tanked (incl. rigs) myrm can tank shitloads, so one single harb shouldn't be a prob.

The Harby's achiles heel is it's limited damage type range. Get a good tank against EM/Thermal and a Harby is gonna have a hard time killing your ship cos it is only doing about 20% of it's dps.

7 heavy pulse II with AN MF, 3 HS II, and 5 hammer IIs nets me 760. I'd like to see this setup too.

2x5% hardwires yield 820(823 if 5% rof hardwire). It's not the one which should be feared in a 1v1 BC duel tho
