To be honest, there are a lot of great ships out there beyond this, Zelot, Ishtar, Vegabond. . .I mean the list goes on and on and all the races are reprisented.

That are the ship i would use to solo considering they are "best solo ship", although If you really want a BEST ship, you can buy a full officer nyx with 40 KM neutra, stasis and warp disruptor^^, but i doubt its a good idea :D

To the OP, probably any nano-type ships being used atm, including rapier, the irony of which is nice. Nice when they get caught out. Not done pvp in a while tho.
