I love how all the evils of EVE can be blamed on NPC Corporations.
Lets see: They can not declare war, nor can they have a war declared on them.
Okay...
So what happens if those thousands of pilots are suddenly forced into PC Corporations?
They can form small or even one man corporations gaining protection in the fact it's not worth it for most to wardec a one man corporation.
Plus they can use a spider tank of sorts, declaring mutual wars amongst themselves to drive up the cost of declaring war against them.
Then there is the fact it is effective to declare war on a twenty man corporation, but trying to declare or operate against twenty one man corporations operating together is a lot harder unless you are an alliance (and even then 20 wardecs gain cost real quick since they will not make them mutual)
As for having an effect on farmers... think again. They will adapt.
They may trade efficiency by going for cheaper fits on their ships that require less skills, and then training up alts on the same accounts that have their own separate corporation. So you wardec character A, they set up a contract and activate character B, repeating to go to character C if needed.
Wardec all three, and they put the account on ice and bring out one that was set up as a backup and kept on ice.
They too can use the spider wardec defense even going so far as having a set of six alliances. (Declare on three, have the other three declare against the corporation and make the wars mutual. )
Remember there is nothing that says you actually have to engage a target after filing a wardec.
They can turn to the market (as if they haven't already) and manipulate buy/sell orders to make isk.
You want to cure the problem of isk sellers, it is not going to happen till there is no market. As long as they can offer isk at a better price than GTC sales people will turn to them.
To all the ones complaining that neither they, their friends, or a pet hamster can not compete with the NPC Corporations... you are competing with every single player in EVE. Your problem is not the NPC Corporations it is competing against the player base. In other words take the number of players and subtract one, that is the number of people that are your competition.
A wardec allows you to hinder X amount, but it sure leaves a huge number of others that will descend like jackals to fill the gap caused by you and your targets.
Even in a corporation, you are still competing with the other members. Run a mission with a corpmate and you will have arguments over who gets what loot/salvage...
So sure a suicide/pirate can choose to stay in an NPC Corporation to avoid a wardec. Or farmers can as well. Doesn't change the fact they could operate just as well in player corporations.
In ways they can turn a wardec against an aggressor by various means. All of which prevent the one declaring from gaining anything but a bill.

I know that they aren't, just pointing out to the ones whinging about the evil NPC Corporations... their problem with competition is a lot bigger than they think. Even if they did get them forced to join player corporations (be it to gain use of T2 ships, or any other reason)

actually, I read it and she was effectively stating that it's useless to even "try" to bandy about forcing people into PC's. because the end result will just be a bigger cluster F.

Indeed, but people are all : But they can be wardeced so it'll work! Without realizing the one target for their complaints will become legions of targets.
Just like making it possible to wardec the NPC Corporations will just cause many to form those legions.
